Cons:

I had reserved a room for myself and my young child. Unfortunately, the room provided was clearly suitable for only one person rather than two.

The bathroom shown in the photographs appeared to include a bathtub and seemed considerably more spacious. However, the bathroom in the room we were given was extremely small, with a shower area of approximately 40 × 40 cm, in which even one adult could barely fit. It was completely impractical to bathe or wash a small child in such a confined space. We had to leave the bathroom door open while washing our child, which was particularly uncomfortable given the cold temperature.

In addition, there were air-conditioning/chiller fans located next to our room, which produced continuous noise throughout the night and seriously disturbed our sleep.

Early in the morning, buses parked directly next to our window and waiting for some of the hotel guests also caused considerable noise and further disrupted our sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not appear to take any measures to address this issue or ask the bus drivers to turn off their engines until it was actually time to depart.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The room did not correspond to what was presented in the photographs, and the noise conditions made it extremely difficult for us to rest properly. I believe the hotel should take responsibility for the significant discrepancy between the advertised accommodation and the room actually provided, as well as for the inadequate management of the noise disturbances.

Fürdőszobában nem működött a szagelszívó,, a zuhany közvetlen az ajtóban volt ami nagyon de nagyon kicsi.. kevés a polc.. az zuhanyzóba csak fej zuhany..
A szobában nem található volt egy fiók sem se az éjjeli szekrényeknél se az asztalnál.. kevés pakolási lehetőség.. a kis szekrény és éppen hogy elég.. az ágy kemény..
A szobában a környező zajok minden hallatszott,, gyerek sírás-tól kezdve a takarító szék tologatásig.. nagyon zavaro..
A teraszon egy szék asztal nélkül.. az udvaron a folyamatos klíma hangját lehetett hallani.. ami vasárnap éjszaka a kukásautó csörömpölése a szemét hordással tetőzött..
A szobához egy kulcs volt elérhető két embernek.. ha a két fele mennek hogy oldják meg!?! Szóval a négy csillagot ez a szálló nagyon de nagyon nem érte el maximum 2* jóindulattal..
A nyári melegből egy kábé 20 fokos jégverembe megyünk be a szállodába..
Egy négy csillagos szállodánál elvárható lenne hogy nem papír pohárt helyeznek el hanem üveget. Ez egy igy,, szint alatti.. a fürdőszoba annyira kicsi hogy a vécét.. a mosdó miatt nem igazán lehet kényelmesen használni..
