Emplacement correct pour partir à la découverte de Rome.
Pros:

Bon accueil. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute.
Cadre très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre ainsi que la salle de bain.
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

Il faut quand même connaître un peu d'italien et d'anglais pour converser, sinon difficile pour un français !
Un plan des bus plus précis serait le bienvenu pour atteindre le centre de Rome.

Essendo singolo ospite, avere la disponibilità di un letto matrimoniale, seppure con due materassi singoli

La strafottenza, inefficienza e superficialità del servizio alla reception assolutamente non in grado di fornire la dovuta assistenza. Mi veniva assegnata la camera 617 A, che per motivi a me sconosciuti che posso solo ipotizzare essere correlati alla non idoneità a livello di isolamento acustico delle pareti divisorie o delle canalizzazione a soffitto per condizionamento aereo presumibilmente collegate ad altre camere riportavano all'interno della mia camera vocalizi, sospiri e vagiti e urla di assai dubbia natura provenienti da altra camera vicinale. Nell'impossibilita' di riposare, prima di disfare il bagaglio chiedevo in reception di aver un cambio di alloggio che potesse garantire adeguata insonorizzazione e privacy. Tale richiesta riceveva diniego non trovando alcuna soluzione da parte degli addetti preposti. Tentavo inutilmente di poter dormire, reiterando le richieste di aiuto telefonicamente, ma non ottenendo alcuna risposta mi portavo per ben tre volte alle ore 00:30, alle ore 1:00 ed alle ore 01:40 presso la reception, ove facendo spallucce mi si riferiva ripetutamente non esserci altre camere disponibili al che molto innervosito chiedevo dei tappi per le orecchie ma nulla anche ciò ero troppo per gli addetti che ne risultavano privi. In ultimo non ricevendo alcuna rassicurante riscontro alle reiterate lamentele dall'addetto ai piani, insistevo coriacemente affinché il portiere di notte mi seguisse presso la camera 617 A e prendesse coscienza dell'inadeguatezza della stessa. Cosa tardiva ente concretizzatasi riferendo tuttavia che non era in grado di individuare la fonte dei vocalizi, al che mi sorgevano sospetti sulle frequentazioni del sito, che la presenza in atrio alle ore 1:40 di una avvenente giovane donna con tacchi a spillo, pantacollant decolleté e colbacco certo on dissipavano.
