Great location, Staff were amazing
Pros:

Location was central, Staff were amazing.
Pool bar and cleaning staff were so polite and very hard working.

Cons:

Lack of pool towels, lack of hand towels,
Very noisy neighbour
Dirty pool towels being reissued to other guests.

Great location and great staff. Excellent value.
Pros:

Great value. Great location - for walking to places. On a one way street at time of visit so to catch transport north, a short walk was required.

Cons:

Was good value for money. If I was to be picky, then bathroom towels could have been better. Would still return for stay.

Cons:

I would personally like the pool to close at 9 pm not 10 pm as we are early risers and tend to be ready for bed at 10 pm so the noise from people in the pool was a bit of a distraction.

Staff are amazing! Breakfast has many options, rooms were clean and made up daily, hotel grounds are constantly being cleaned and even maintence in hotel rooms during the day. hotel in a central location. Will most definitely be back

Pool area could do with a little maintenance, but overall great for kids and adults, could do with pool towels being a little more available, otherwise no major complaints.

Staff are friendly. Nice pool area. Location good. Rooms clean

Cons:

Our mattress springs were gone on one side. Terrible pillows.
Old towels. Had a shower bath and the water leaks all over bathroom

Poor service - don't seem to care too much, staff would rather sleep zzzzzz

Not so much bothered by the fact that they made an error with my room, two single beds instead of a large bed, the fact that the guy at reception was too lazy to do anything about. Yes I arrived late, 1am, but he just said will look into it the following day. How hard is it to get it right the first time ? Or just move me to a correct room ? Have had this happen in the past, and hotels usually resolve the issue straight away. Not here ! Felt like the guy just wanted to go back to sleep. Sorry I bothered him...
