VALUE FOR MONEY....HAPPY STAFF.
Pros:

Large room with balcony over-looking pool, good air-con, good tv reception, good wi-fi, bath/ shower. good daily cleaning, good fridge, good kettle, tea/ coffee.....EXCELLENT breakfast.

Cons:

the weather...too hot.

Pros:

The location many great restaurants in walking distance a great coffee shop across the road breakfast was ok

Cons:

I booked rooms for 2 adults and 4 kids when we arrived we had 2 rooms which was fine but there were only 4 beds (3 singles and a double) when i quizzed the reception staff about it i was told that our youngest (almost 10) had to sleep with my wife and i as we didnt request the extra bed., yet i booked for 6 people they then tried to get us to pay $40aud per night for the roll away bed for our youngest i argued it down to $10aud per night but still i booked to accommodate 2 adults and 4 kids i expect to get what i payed for. Also the food at the restaurant was VERY average and quite expensive. The pool had so much chlorine that it was murky and if you didnt shower straight way after getting out you got very itchy from the chlorine.

Great location with very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were all so friendly. The food and drinks were delicious.

Cons:

Only suggestion is to have a bathmat in every room everyday as the floors are super slippery when wet.

Pros:

The staff are so helpful and friendly... great central location..great ambience with a welcoming and fun environment. Everyone I met there said they are regular return visitors and I will definitely go back again. It's a good value, budget friendly place to stay, just don't expect the Ritz

Cons:

The rooms are a bit basic and dated. The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning and new shower curtains ... mine was mouldy (the staff attended to it when asked).
The cleaning left a lot to be desired but the bed was always pristine.
There's not enough pool beds or cushions to go around and some were broken so couldn't be used.
There were rarely any clean pool towels... they did not have enough for the guests which was annoying and they would often send me round the back to the staff only zone to try and find one, which was a bit off-putting

Pros:

Отличное расположение, все рядом. Нет шума от центральной улицы, но при этом все кафе, массаж, аренда байка и обменник рядом.
Мы обменяли неудачно деньги, с ввиду в официальном обменнике, нас обманули на 100 евро, просто украли, смахнув под прилавок в удобный момент. Мы обнаружили уже вечером, что не хватает крупной суммы денег, утром обратились на стойку отеля, нам дали охранника, с которым мы последовал в пункт обмена. После недолгого разговора охранника и работника обменника, нам все вернули, 2 млн рупий.
Бассейн большой, чистый, глубокий.
Завтрак достаточно разнообразный для Бали.
На территории есть массажный кабинет, но ценник выше на 1/3, чем в других местах.
Очень большой отель, нужно быть готовы к тому, что в самом бассейне одновременно много народа плавает.

Cons:

Сломана сидушка унитаза, не хватает полотенец у бассейна на всех желающих.
