Poor service - don't seem to care too much, staff would rather sleep zzzzzz
Pros:

Not so much bothered by the fact that they made an error with my room, two single beds instead of a large bed, the fact that the guy at reception was too lazy to do anything about. Yes I arrived late, 1am, but he just said will look into it the following day. How hard is it to get it right the first time ? Or just move me to a correct room ? Have had this happen in the past, and hotels usually resolve the issue straight away. Not here ! Felt like the guy just wanted to go back to sleep. Sorry I bothered him...

The staff are always friendly

Excellent location and exceptional bar staff

Cons:

Beds and pillows are very hard. Stayed in one of the front rooms this time and it’s very noisy due to being located at the main entrance

Pros:

The staff were amazing , the pool area although could do with a spruce up . 15 min walk to Legian and Kuta beaches . Plenty of bars , restaurants and shops out the entrance . Breakfast had plenty of variety each morning.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a make over, but the price makes it very affordable

Cancelled after 12 hours and moved elsewhere
Pros:

Beautiful staff very helpful and catering to requests.

Cons:

We’ve stayed in many places in Bali and love the old style properties. This one is not maintained well and was very dirty and uncomfortable. Rooms and facilities all lack basic upkeep.

Cons:

We only booked the room for somewhere to shower and relax before our pm flight home, sheets stained and marked (looked as though sheets from previous guest still on) shower had no warm/hot water and sprayed everywhere but the shower. Room stunk of cigarette and walking into the room there was the neighbours rubbish and drinks left from the bar left on the ledge plus bags of previous guest rubbish outside our door to enter

Unlikely to stay here again.
Pros:

Location to everything, Staff were very friendly and hard working. They are what keep these resorts functioning.

Cons:

Lack of pool towels and I was exceptionally disappointed to see someone hand in a used towel and a staff member refolded it and gave it to another person. I was also disappointed that visitors from other resorts come in and take up the use of paying guests towels. Facilities need some TLC.

Hotel dissapointment
Pros:

On arrival we had to get shower fixed as water going every where. This still not fix shower pressyre of basically no water. turn on hot water and wait about 5 mins. also had to get power point replaced, The pool in itself was great including swim up bar. however many of the lounge chairs were in poor condition. The staff at pool were great and need to be complemented as well as other staff, very friendly and acknowleged you. Breakfast menu was not all thgat big and did not vary much. room service was very quick. in general the hotel is becoming run down due to lack of maintenance. would not recommend due to this. it is in a good location. a lot of people I spoke to agreed that were staying there. also lack of clean towels at pool at times. area arround pool very uncomfortable on your feet. if they get going on there maintenace they would get a lot more repeat customers. i do compliment the staff on their service. they are very friendly. You do not get face cloths or hand towels in your room. Its a pity that his is happening to this hotel

It was fantastic! Will definitely be back.
Pros:

The location to everything and the staff very friendly. Special mention to Romi in the pool bar ( always smiling & great customer service- always tidying up around the pool) Loved the vibe around the hotel. Food was great at front bar.

Cons:

The access to the pool- ladders are not all stable, difficult to get in and out of pool via ladders. Pebbles very hard & uncomfortably on feet and it’s very difficult to get towels. Breakfast - there wasn’t a lot of variety and same nearly every day. Would have loved some yogurt and granola or fresh fruit options as bugs in cut up fruit. Shout out to the cook who does the eggs- BIG job for one person and your food goes cold while waiting for eggs due to time taken. They do a great job. Spa staff hustling for business every time you go past even though we’d had two spa treatments!

Not to much maybe the pool area.

It is very old every thing kept breaking and had to call staff several times in the 2 weeks.
Didn’t have hot water in the shower had to use the bath for hot water

Happy Holidays Here
Pros:

I love the laid back atmosphere and the friendly ambience. Everyone is always happy and enjoys the pool bar and making friends. The rooms are comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to keep them clean and are so helpful if you needed any help. Definitely going to be a returning customer as the value for buck is great.

The beds are a little hard 🤷🏼‍♀️
