Pushing 2 single beds together to make 1 bed, really uncomfortable with 2 different mattress hights

Close to everything. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Booked some tours through the tour desk. Was excellent value for money and driver went over and above and it exceeded our expectations. The guys at the tattoo shop were very lovely also. Check in and out was very smooth process. Loved the 12pm check out time. Room service was quick and fresh. Rooms were made up fresh everyday. Amazing value for money at this hotel. We would stay again.

Cons:

Bed was really hard. If you like it hard then its perfect for you. Bath flooded so only had one. Didnt changes towels had to request new ones. Only small things but we were generally happy with our stay.

Dangerously wet bathroom tiles present fall risk. Poor function of shower design.

Stay was good. With few issues fixed would be great place.
Pros:

Location was good,close to everything. Staff of hotel were good and welcoming.

Cons:

Front bar and restaurant had service tax however service from some of staff was poor. Standing at bar til we got up to get drinks and ashtray.
Hotel room could do with some new pillows as it felt like using a rock.

Good experience and would stay again.
Pros:

Close to everything. Staff all welcoming. Clean enviroment

Cons:

The service and tax charge at the front bar considering the service was below par. Staff were nice,however the stood at bar and didnt react to service well.
The pillows could do with a change as felt like i was using a brick for 3 weeks.

Always love staying here. So central to everything and that is why we choose to stay here
Pros:

Breakfast was great and a lot of choices. The pool was awesome. One of the best we have stayed at. The rooms do need updating, especially bathroom

Cons:

Only thing I could really complain about is visitors putting towels on lounges for the day and never being their till afternoon. Nothing to do with the hotel, but maybe monitored and if no-one comes after 20 minutes, they can be removed

Staff and location.

Cons:

Maintenance our toilet was not flushing properly for the whole time even though they kept sending someone to fix it. Plus the air cond was noisy so lucky for us the weather was not too hot as we had to turn it off at night to sleep.

Despite some of the negative comments I was a relaxing place to stay
Pros:

Bed and pillows were great, very comfortable
Water pressure great, hot water was hot!
Air con worked very well
Eggs and bacon every morning, plus good side dishes
No night time noises
Perfect location

Cons:

Room was on the smaller size
Shower area tight, larger plus sizes would not like it
Lighting was dull, only two lights in the main area
Fridge, although cold was small, could only place several cans in it
Forget about the internet, very poor, dropping out all the time, if I knew this I would not have booked there

Cons:

Minimal wifi access at room 3103 garden view area. Had to walk to the lobby to get any reception 🙁
Pool bar music was in competition with the Indonesian music being played right next to it. Was extremely loud.

Absolutely great value for money, and will stay again for sure.
Pros:

I love staying here, iv stayed twice and everything was great. Staff are extremely friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble! Food was great, never had a bad meal. Loved the pool rooms and the pool and swim up bar is awesome. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

I can’t fault anything about the property. Very well maintained.
