Beautiful hotel and service without pretension close to train station
Pros:

Beautifully appointed hotel in a convenient location, incredible breakfast, and wonderfully courteous staff with impeccable English and a sense of humor. We loved the architecture and decor- which carries through the lobby, bar, and room. Clean, comfortable, modern, and quiet. Highly recommend.

Großartiges Hotel in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
Pros:

Der Service ist Spitzenklasse. Deutlich über den gewohnten Leistungen in dieser Hotelklasse.
Concierge-Service sagenhaft. Frühstück sagenhaft und das Hotel an sich sehr gepflegt

Cons:

Die Fernseher auf unserem Zimmer (Suite) haben die besten Tage hinter sich. Hier wären neue Smart-TV angebracht.
Unsere Suit war riesig, allerdings die Zimmeraufteilung eher fragwürdig. Eingangsbereich und „Wohnzimmer“ größer als manch Wohnungen, dafür das Bad kleiner als in den meisten „besseren“ Doppelzimmern. Da es sich allerdings um den historischen Trakt handelte, vermutlich nicht anders umsetzbar wegen Bestandsgebäude.
Trotzdem würde auch etwas Kosmetik an den teilweise in Mitleidenschaft gezogenen Tapeten gut tun. Trotzdem muss man sagen, Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es handelt sich um Kleinigkeiten.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, mit einem sehr abwechslungsreichen hervorragenden Frühstück.

Cons:

Hat uns nicht gefallen dass die Dusche ( Superior Doppelzimmer) in der Badewanne war...es haben dazu noch Halterungen gefehlt, was im unseren Alter sehr beschwerlich war.
Ich habe inklusive mit 1 Parkplatz gebucht... das leider an der Rezeption in der Reservierung nicht vorhanden war.
Nur Dank kulantem entgegenkommen von Frau Natalie Jüngling (Office Manager) an der Rezeption, wurden uns zusätzliche Kosten erspart.
