Todo bien; personal en recepción muy amable.

Cons:

Para la habitación familiar que tuvimos y que en general es fantástica, básicamente no hay vistas; eso es un punto negativo. Y lo que realmente me disgustó es que no garanticen plazas en el garaje. Tuvimos que dar muchas vueltas y no tener asegurado poder aparcar en el hotel en el que te alojas es disuasorio, es decir, podría ser el (único) motivo para no volver.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Klimaanlage war super, da es ein sehr warmes Wochenende war.
Unser Hund wurde mit einem riesigen Hundebett verwöhnt.

Cons:

Wir haben ganz oben gewohnt und der Flur zu den Zimmern war aufgrund großer Fenster richtig heiß.

Si vous avez des animaux de compagnies, là bas se sont les rois ! Nous avons eu pour notre chienne, un ÉNORME panier, une liquette, une balle, des gamelles et des bonbons pour elle

Fantastic!
Pros:

Impressive from the point of entry. Friendly staff, stylish decor, quiet and comfortable suite. The hotel was easy to find and well-located in terms of walkability to Heidelberg's many attractions. Next time we will stay longer!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel, both a business hotel and also very suitable for family holidays. Great feeling of space, with the large atrium between two buildings. Nice-size rooms with very comfy beds; clean and neat everywhere. A very good lobby bar and lobby area for hanging out. Super-friendly staff! Excellent experience altogether! While the hotel is by a large street, it's not the busiest of throughways, and the rooms are all a distance away at the back so there is absolutely no street noise.

Cons:

Perhap the gym could be slightly bigger - however it was quite workable anyway..:) We only had breakfast one morning and the restaurant closed rather quickly..

Although small details can be improved, overall comfort, space, gym and sauna made it a great stay!
Pros:

The room with balcony was spacious and comfortable, quiet on balcony and plenty of nooks within the room. The bathtub was great for relaxing in. Gym and dry sauna were quiet during the times we used them. The hotel itself has a lot of seating areas where one could work or have private conversations in. The staff were ready to help and available.

Cons:

The overall cleaning was happening but the room requires a bit of a deep clean. Requested sauna to be turned on an hour before and it was not so had to ask again. Wet sauna was out of order during our stay. Location is a bit of a walk to the old town area. Receipt and paperwork was put under my partner's name when the booking and payment was placed under my name and card, and could not be corrected upon request.

Le parti comuni erano ampie e arredate con elementi di moderno design, frutto di una ristrutturazione sapiente di una vecchia fabbrica dismessa

Cons:

Le camere assegnateci , pur ampie erano rifinite in maniera approssimativa, con materiali poveri: pannelli cartongesso mal assemblati, letti separati piccoli e con ruote. Nella mia camera era stato installato un condizionatore portatile e il convogliatore d'aria calda era fissato al condizionatore con del nastro adesivo. Il tubo passava all'esterno attraverso un buco ricavato in un pannello di legno che sostituiva uno dei vetri della finestra, mentre lo scarico dell'acqua di condensa finiva in un secchiello!! accanto al condizionatore. Il tutto senza che alla reception fossi stato avvisato del problema. Ho dormito una sola notte in questo hotel e la sera del mio arrivo non avevo la forza, nè la voglia di protestare. Al check out , alle mie osservazioni, la receptionist si è frettolosamente e genericamente scusata senza lasciare spazio ad alcuna spiegazione. Imperdonabile per un Hotel che si reputa un 4 stelle superior
