Very relaxing and pleasantly positive stay! Just what we needed, and the best so far in Kassel.
Pros:

A fairly straightforward night-time check-in with door code system; once we had completed the online questionnaire. The accommodation was pleasantly cool upon our arrival on an unusually hot day in July! The room was nice and clean, the beds very comfortable and facilities just right. The dog was happy as well to find the room so clean and comfy;) In addition, we were pleased to find a bottle of water and coffe machine after our long drive! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try out the breakfast as we had to leave early, but I'm sure it would have been positive. We paid a small additional fee for the parking space just outside. Well worth it.

Das Frühstück war super
Pros:

Das Gebäude ist top, das Frühstück absolut super.

Cons:

Der Zuschlag für einen kleineren Hund (8kg) betrug 35€ pro Nacht! Dabei wurde unser Zimmer nur am Ende gereinigt, die Zwischenreinigungen hatten wir abgewählt. Aber kein Anlass für das Hotel uns da preislich entgegen zu kommen. Somit über 100€ Reinigungszuschlag bezahlt bei minimalem Mehraufwand! Selbst Hochpreis- Hotels nehmen nicht so viel Zuschlag.
In der Bar bekamen wir den Tipp, im benachbarten Restaurant zu essen, es gebe Rabatt. Das stellte sich als Märchen heraus. Auch hier könnte mit kleinem Aufwand die Kundenzufriedenheit stark erhöht werden.

Ganz toll
Pros:

Alles ganz schön. Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Empfang Bereich ist toll. Mein Sohn hat auch einen Eisgutschein als eine kleine Überraschung bekommen und hat sich sehr gefreut. Zentrale Lage. Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel.

Chambre bien spacieuse pour 3 personnes. Propre,calme et magnifique petit déjeuner.

Disappointing room
Pros:

Good parking

Cons:

Very small room. It was about the third of the size of our room at NH Collection Ghent and we paid more at Heidelberg

Good hotel within walking distance of train station and Old Town.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance both of railway station and Old Town. Had room with balcony which overlooked nice pedestrian lane with trees and greenery. The nearby trees were full of parrots who made lots of noise; I loved it but possibly some people might not! Both breakfast and room were fine.

Cons:

No complaints.
