The guest service at the check in was absolutely excellent - the check in gentlemen was fabulous and he should be praised for the way he treats late night guests. I never ever write any reviews, because I can't be bothered but the staff at front desk very really excellent, at the level of a much more higher end 5 star hotel - both at night and during the day there was also a very kind manager who helped me very casually with a late check out.

Cons:

I expected a slightly better location and view from the room, give the price, however the staff at the hotel made the stay great - especially the night check in person and day manager.

Great location and very comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet room. The staff was amazing.

My wife and I are in our seventies and had trouble with the two sets of stairs up to the room.

Gute Lage, schöne Lobby

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, da es nicht 100-prozentig unseren Ansprüchen genügte. Wir haben sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Ein paar Abstriche waren notwendig. Aber es wurde sich um alles gekümmert.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut, sonst hätten wir nicht 24 bzw. 26 € pro Person ausgegeben. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar war etwas unfreundlich bzw. wenig hilfreich. Die Dame beim Frühstück war jedoch ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.

Nice hotel, with an fabulous lounge and an atrium really beautiful. Very good breakfast, good quality and variation. Staff polite and helful.
But: the room furniture, especially the bathroom toiletries, are not worthy for a 4* hotel. Very few amenities, lack of cotton pads or other. No bathrobes, no slippers. Not to mention τhat the toilet bowl clogged twice.
Needs renovation, no doubt.
