Pros:

Einzig Frühstück war Super.
Lage ist weit entfernt von Altstadt.
Zimmer war Boden alles voller Staub nicht Richtig gereinigt und Fensterglas voller dreck.

Cons:

Wie Gesagt Sauberkeit.
Für ein 4 Stern Hotel ist auch die Sauberkeit wichtig nicht nur Service.

Unforgetable Experience-- BEST EVER!!
Pros:

This is our BEST hotel experience ever! We've stayed in many luxurious hotels with great services but NH Collection Heidelberg really made our trip extra special and unforgettable! The staff were helpful and attentive; they treated you like family and make sure your needs were satisfied. The room size was perfect with good view. The location is excellent-- we wanted to stay away from the touristy old town area but still get to explore the rest of town. The breakfast was AMAZING-- too many great choices: cheese, homemade yogurt, full tea bar, freshly-squeezed juice, made-to-order dishes, and more! They really have brought the breakfast buffet to a new level! The hotel has all you need (gym, restaurant, bar...) and what the staff did really showed they cared! NH Collection Heidelberg will be the only hotel we go to next time and we definitely recommend it!

Gutes Hotel mit vielen Stärken und kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, Tiefgarage im Haus, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, Großzügiger Lobbybereich und Bar mit sehr guter Cocktailqualität,

Cons:

Badezimmer ohne Lüftung, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht erholsam, da früh morgens Lärm durch LKW-Entladetätigkeiten.
