Worth the experience!
Pros:

This is a beautiful, historically significant building. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The staff was exceptional. This would be a stunning wedding venue.

Big disappointment
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful and looking at the pictures online this hotel looks amazing, but other than the look of the lobby I was very disappointed. I was under the impression that there would be shops or something other than a restaurant and a spa in the lobby area, but all there was nothing. The room was basic, but not very clean and the outlet to charge my phone by the bed didn't work. It was so loud at night, loud music / bass, it made it difficult to fall asleep. I'm not sure if it's from the restaurants on the street below or if there was a banquet hall with music blaring on the floor below me. I was SO loud my white noise machine on high wouldn't cover the sound. This was exremely overpriced. On a good note, the bed is comfortable. It is walking distant to restaurants and sports arenas which was nice.

not good
Pros:

room was big, beds comfortable but other than that not much good to say. service at this hotel was not great, no help with bags coming in then I asked at the front desk where I could get coffee in the mornings and was directed to a few places outside the hotel, it wasnt until we were leaving for the airport that we saw a coffee place right in the hotel?? I haven't been to a hotel in the US in years that does not have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Also, the "food court" was closed down while we were there, most stores in the "arcade" too.

Overall good hotel
Pros:

Lovely, clean and comfortable hotel at a convenient location. Staff were friendly and very attentive. My only complaint is that they charged me $75 for an early check in for a room that ready and empty.

Would not stay again....
Pros:

We decided to splurge and try it out, but sorry to say this is way overpriced. The location is great, but room cost, parking and food and drinks ran almost $500. for one night. The hotel/Arcade is admittedly very beautiful but the rooms are dark and very bland. Bed was not that comfortable and pillows need to be replaced...very lumpy. I wanted to love it but that didn't happen.

Great experience at a very cool hotel.
Pros:

Great experience and very cool hotel. It was very quiet and the room was very spacious. My girls loved getting pictures in the arcade. The room was clean and the check in staff was warm and welcoming. The location was great and located next to some great restaurants. When we come to Cleveland, this is where we will stay.
