Really enjoyed my Holiday stay at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade for St Pats. The front desk was fantastic, very kind, helpful, and made check-in easy. The room was great, and the hotel’s historic setting is just amazing. The Arcade is such an awe inspiring building with so much character and beauty. It made the whole stay feel unique compared to a standard hotel. Would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying again.
Arrived at room $2200 for 3 nights. No toilet paper . Had to call- they brought one roll for 3 guests and 3 days.
Only 2 towels- had to call.
Out all day to return to a uncleaned room, had to call again for towels.
Bathroom absolutely disgusting.
Coffee shop downstairs was great.
My wife and I found the hotel to be in a great location and with great character. The hotel was clean with the amenities we needed. The room was large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again
The hotel is located conveniently downtown within walking distance of a great number of restaurants and bars. It is architecturally beautiful and there is plenty of space for quiet reflection while enjoying the ambiance. The onsite restaurant provided excellent service and their menu was diverse and reflected the local area. The food was delicious as well. The hospitality stood out with complimentary delivery of a water and snack to my room along with a handwritten note from the Food and Beverage Supervisor. . I am a heavy traveler for work and stay at close to 100 hotels a year. Unfortunately it is often the case that their is rarely any hospitality left in the industry and little touches such as these go a long way towards making a stay both more enjoyable and memorable.
The architecture of the property and the history! Very cool place!
It was pretty and good city life location
Our room was dirty, loud
Very clean!!!

I paid 300 dollars to stay at this hotel I went to the caves game I got back to the hotel after late night bowling and game and the hotel was full of homeless people it felt unsafe no security to be seen not a great experience for the price might as well been a motel 6
Security to keep the homeless out of the lobby it gave a unsafe feeling that made me know that I will never stay at this hotel again in my life
Exemplary customer service experience, would highly recommend! They cater to every request with timeliness and detail-orientation.
The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The room was advertised as a King with an arcade view. The bed was only a queen. The desk person told me it was listed as a king. They had no other rooms available. Would have been a perfect score if the room was what I paid for as advertised.
