Pros:

Property was beautiful, close to everything, always someone there when needed.

Cons:

We got in our room immediately, but unfortunately they gave us a room someone was already in. We went back and got a new room, got in no problem. But there were someone’s fake eyelashes in the bathroom, and their dirty underwear on the floor in the room. But other than that. It was a great experience.

Gorgeous building. Clean.

Cons:

We booked a king suit with a separate shower and bath but got a queen suit. It was a nice room just not what I was expecting for the price we paid and room we originally selected.

This is no different than a glorified hotel 6.
Pros:

I loved the location, it was great & unique.

Cons:

It claimed to offer a Minibar online, and when we arrived, there was no minibar. The walls were so thin we heard incessant noise from neighboring customers. The restroom was still dirty from the previous guests, with towels thrown around & used toiletries remaining on the sink countertop.

Spectacular
Pros:

This was the greatest hotel experience I have had in a long time and I travel a lot!! We were in town for a convention ands when I tell you this hotel could not be more accommodation, I’m not kidding! Anthony at the front desk, the other Anthony ands Bob at valet were superstars! They made sure every question I had was answered with a smile and kind tone, if I so much as wondered something, they could make it happen. I had never been to Cleveland before and they made me want to come back ASAP! I will only stay at this location because of them and the rest of the staff, I cant remember everyone’s name, but these 3 guys stood out on a exceptional level, thank you to whoever hired these men, they truly are the absolute best!

Soggiorno di una notte in transito.
Pros:

La posizione centrale. La galleria interna vetrata è molto bella ma si intuisce che la struttura è vetusta e poco utilizzata arrivando alla sera da ancora di più questa impressione.
Molto positivo, il centro fitness tra tutti quelli che abbiamo visitato in questi giorni, il Migliore.

Cons:

La hall di ingresso non è al piano strada, ma un piano più sopra. Il tutto all’interno di una struttura molto articolata sicuramente di pregio architettonico, poco valorizzata. Colazione non a buffet ma in generale fresca e non male.

Incredible views, disappointing staff when resolving issues
Pros:

The location is exceptionally beautiful. The arcade is historic and full of character and ambiance.

Cons:

When checking in, we arrived at ~3:20pm. We were informed that our room was not ready, and when I let them know that my booking reservation said check in was 3, I was told:
“Yes sir, our policy has changed.” No apology, no offer to make things right.

Which is fine, and I understand that the line level employees do not set the policy. However, I as a customer should have been informed that the property was making a modification prior to me being on site.

We had a wedding to attend, and this threw off our entire timeline for things.

We then had some kerfluffles with checking our bags, and the valet.

Overall I felt that I was checking into a property well below a Regency class.
