Pros:

The room was very clean large and spacious. There was also a large flat screen mounted on the wall at foot of bed.

Cons:

The room had no refrigerator. And no coffee machine or tea in the room. When I went down to lobby I didn't see any coffee there either. I'm a every day coffee drinker, this wasn't good.

Heat didn’t work took over 30 minutes to someone to fix it. The bathroom needs a refresh. The tub was stained. And the entire room had very poor lighting.

Nice place to stay with a cool atmosphere but very misleading when booking online about the price.
Pros:

The location and the hotel were nice.

Cons:

The true cost of staying there is more than what you expect when booking online. They don’t tell you valet service is $55 which is high and it’s pretty much your only option of parking there. The room I booked said it came with a view but the view was of a parking garage. Also said they had breakfast but didn’t tell you it was $25.

A lovey place for a staycation close to fun attractions.
Pros:

My best friend and I stayed together in a city view room, in town for a comedy show across the street on East 4th street. The hotel was easy to access, valet parking was easy and convenient, and the Cleveland arcade had a spa for some decent pampering. I loved the Library Store that was connected to the building, right at the entrance, selling a unique variety of used library books. Everything about our stay was perfect, peaceful and enjoyable. 10/10

Pros:

The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We chose the 3rd floor so the view of the city were the buildings across the street. The architecture was stunning though! The beauty of the arcade in the Hyatt Regency was equally stunning.

Pros:

For the beautiful location, we expected more opportunities of food, entertainment, nightlife in the building. Appears as if the mall if no more. We had 4 panhandlers haggle us at checkout for money and cigarettes, just seemed kind of ghetto.
