Beautiful property needs a pool
Pros:

The property is amazing very beautiful

Cons:

I was for some reason under the impression you guys had a pool. I only booked since we were at the convention center for a cheer competition. My kid was a little bummed

EXCELLENT HOTEL!
Pros:

It was my birthday and they made complimentary cupcakes for me! They also accommodated plates, and utensils for my birthday cake. They gave me coupons for a free dessert and 2 drinks at the 1890 resturant too as a bday gift! Very friendly helpful staff. Zero complaints!

The aesthetic of the building and interior were beautiful.

This is our new favorite Cleveland hotel. The historic building is beautiful. The staff are friendly and professional.

Pros:

The room was very clean large and spacious. There was also a large flat screen mounted on the wall at foot of bed.

Cons:

The room had no refrigerator. And no coffee machine or tea in the room. When I went down to lobby I didn't see any coffee there either. I'm a every day coffee drinker, this wasn't good.

Historic, charming, clean and great location.
Pros:

Historic, charming place. Remember to go through the arcade and to the opposite end. That is where all of the action (and other arcades are).
The price of the valet was not terrible considering it was frigid and we had a lot on our plate during our stay.

Great hotel in a beautiful historic building
Pros:

Great hotel inside a historic landmark.
Rooms were clean and easily accessible from a street level elevator that requires room key to access the hotel room floors. We felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. A short walk to just about everything in downtown Cleveland. i will book here again.

Overall good stay
Pros:

Was expecting a little more out of this hotel given it's history. Unfortunately found the arcade a little empty and let down by that. But the staff made up for it. Very attentive crew and they even found a garment left behind and reported it to post and found. Overall enjoyed my stay. Loved rhe high ceiling and comfortable bed . TV in room was also exceptional so was water pressure overall good stay. Vale lt a bit expensive so was garage but fit the bill.

Heat didn’t work took over 30 minutes to someone to fix it. The bathroom needs a refresh. The tub was stained. And the entire room had very poor lighting.
