Amazing experience
Pros:

We have scheduled an international seminar on behalf of Government of Kerala,on Democracy at the Hotel on February 16 th 2026. The experience was so good and the hotel management full fledlgly supported for the sucess of the event. Special thanks to Mis. Sandra Tony , as she had co ordinated the event so well more than we expected.

Food Quality was not that great . Spread is good but the quality can be improved for both breakfast and dinner buffet. That need to go up significantly.

The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully prepared, with luxurious bath towels, high-quality bed linens, and premium toiletries that added a real touch of indulgence. The in-room amenities — air conditioning, tea, coffee, and complimentary water — were greatly appreciated. After spending long days touring in the hot weather, returning to such comfort and elegance felt like a true retreat.

Dining at the hotel restaurant was equally delightful. I would especially like to commend Tithi, Mariya, and Sumod for their exceptional customer service. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every interaction memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, reflecting not only professionalism but also heartfelt hospitality. They are a true credit to the Hilton brand and exemplify the highest standards of service excellence.
