The staff were very polite, the food was very good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

One small improvement would be to provide a sofa cum bed, which would be very helpful for families travelling with kids. Also, for the dinner buffet, beverages including soft drinks were not included and had to be paid for separately.
