Excellent dinner and brilliant chef.
Pros:

We were disappointed that our tour manager had booked us into this hotel but our dining experience made up for it. We had amazing food with excellent service.

We were meant to stay two days but liked it so much we extended with one week, staff are very friendly and helpful...

In the restaurant, the food was of excellent quality and variety cooked by the Chefs Ranjith and Azad,

The Curries were of several varieties, cooked with lovely fresh spices and fresh coconut, the kind of food that you ate with your eyes, the aroma was so inviting too.

They served buffet as well as a la carte.
The food was served by very nice waitresses and waiters, namely Drisya and Nancy

I recently visited Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum for dining and drinks, and the experience was truly impressive. The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a comfortable evening out. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served fresh.

Short stay at the Hilton TVM
Pros:

Friendly staff, good restaurant and facilities.

Cons:

Rooms look a bit too old and tired. It needs mordernising. New carpets new bathrooms with good shower facilities. Laundry could be cheaper.

Excellent buffet dinner
Pros:

We went for the fort Kochi food festival at Hilton . The food was excellent :) there was great variety , with delicious food . We met the chef , madam in charge and she was lovely too. All the staff are particularly hospitable and go out of the way to make you fell comfortable . Chef Bahadur came out and met us at the table too. In all it was a lovely experience and I was like definitely recommend eating there while you’re at tvm for a taste of both Malayali , North Indian and international cuisine .
