This Hotel made the first part of my stay in France outstanding.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and oozing with French Vibes. Exceptional staff and the location out of this world. Very close to eateries that could accommodate Gluten free.

Cons:

The shower head didn't seem to attach to the overhead for showering and washing the hair,

Disappointing stay due to ongoing issues and misleading advertised facilities.
Pros:

We found the location to be excellent, the hotel very clean, and the interiors simple and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were also smooth, and as a short stay accommodation to be suitable and quiant.

Cons:

There were several concerns:

- Despite informing the hotel in advance that we were celebrating a special occasion and staying for an extended period, there was no acknowledgment or consideration made for this which would have been a nice touch.
- The room and bathroom were extremely small, making it difficult to comfortably accommodate luggage for a longer stay with a lack of general and storage space.
- Our room was located next to the stairs, resulting in significant noise disturbance, particularly during the night and early mornings. The walls also were thin and we could hear guests and movements in all surrounding rooms.
- The shower did not drain properly and overflowed on every use.
- There was no phone in the room, despite instructions in the room directory advising guests to contact reception via phone.
- We experienced water outages on two separate days, and the water was not restored at the stated times. We had to buy water to wash our hands in our room, and our shower failed to adjust under the first day leading to cold showers in the evening.
- We were temporarily locked out of the in-room safe and although resolved in a timely manner (thankfully), this still would have caused serious disruption had we been due to travel. Additionally, the safe was too small to store a laptop although a desk and chair are provided in the room.
- Basic amenities were lacking or incorrect, including mislabeled shower gel/soap, no facial tissues, no “Do Not Disturb” sign (we were woken twice on our visit), and no additional toiletries (as pictured online).
- Coffee was not replenished during our stay due to being informed the hotel had ‘ran out’ on our second evening (Tuesday).
- The room directory was minimal and, in parts, inaccurate.
- The television had no usable channels.
- We found some staff interactions to be lacking in warmth and enthusiasm.

Очень вежливый, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Особенно женщина, которая готовила завтраки! Завтрак очень вкусный, продукты и хлебобулочные изделия очень свежие и вкусные! Просыпались от приятного аромата свежей выпечки!
Очень удобное расположение: рядом Эйфелева башня, Марсово поле и др достопримечательности! Рядом много баров, кафешек, магазинов, что было оч удобно!

Great location and clean, but the room and bathroom were very small, and the shower leaked.

The location was great, the room was clean and so was the bathroom

Cons:

the room was VERY small only really fit the bed and a small desk. the bathroom was tiny the shower didn’t seal properly so water would leak out and the cube was very small

Тихий район, досить близько до вежі. Поруч чудові кафе. Кімната досить маленька, але для того щоб прийняти душ і переночувати достатньо. Зручне ліжко, в кімнаті є чай/кава, фен. В цілому враження гарне)
