Great position. If it wasn’t for the staff I would come back.
Pros:

The room was big enough and the position was great

Cons:

The staff was very rude. We waited for 30 minutes at the reception with no one there. We tried to call. Then we rang the bell, very impatient at that point, and the staff came and was very rude. I can’t talk for the whole staff of course, maybe the other people are very nice. Just talking for the one who made us check in.

Fantastic Experience!
Pros:

Stayed for five nights and it was perfect. Incredibly cute rooms, and just one block from the Eiffel tower park. The staff were very kind as well.

Cons:

I did not like the terrible smell coming from the bathroom that filled the entire room. Even though my room was on the fourth floor, there was a very strong and unpleasant odor coming from the toilet.

The staff also did not warn me that breakfast was not included in the price. During two days I took a few boiled eggs and two mini croissants for breakfast, thinking it was part of the breakfast offered to guests, since the website said that breakfast was included. However, for these few items I was charged 28 euros, which is extremely expensive — for that price you can order a whole pizza in a restaurant.

The room itself was extremely small. There was a lot of dust coming from the poor-quality blankets and chairs, and the window was very difficult to open because there was almost no space around it.

There were no additional toiletries provided besides soap — no shampoo or hair conditioner. The bedside tables next to the bed were also dirty and covered with stains.

Die Lage ist fantastisch mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal im Hotel ist außerordentlich freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad sind sehr klein, das ist oft so in Paris. Es war für uns völlig in Ordnung.

Great Customer Service by Sanja but hotel was very old and needs renovation

Sanja was such a pleasure to meet she went over and above to help and support us with anything we needed. She understood my mum is in remission and took extra care. The hotel rooms need an upgrade and definitely do not meet the photos shown on line. It need a big renovation and things like the heating wasn't working but the room was so hot and we couldn't turn on any air con. The water came out of the shower onto the floor. The shower we had to hold in one hand to shower. The room was tiny and it is quite deceiving online to see the photos and in reality it's different.

Muy buena ubicación para visitar París
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos y bien comunicado con transporte público. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. El hotel es cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para visitar París.

La habitación era un poco pequeña, algo habitual en los hoteles del centro de París, pero suficiente para una estancia corta.

La ubicación perfecta, céntrico y cercano a diferentes medios de transporte urbano. Limpio, y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Se oye todo. Las habitaciones dan a un patio de luces y se escucha todo movimiento durante la noche: gente que llega o se va de madrugada continuamente. En las mañanas quienes madrugan para ponerse en marcha despiertan al resto de huéspedes. Nos despertado varias veces cada noche, siendo que nunca tenemos problemas de sueño. Se agradecería un pequeño refrigerador de minibar.
