Great location but hotel needs upgrades

Location is great and close to main interesting places for visitors

Many things
1. No sound proof, you can hear people outside
2. Bed is squeaky and noisy, mattress is OK
3. Bathroom glass screen covers half of shower area. So whenever you shower, water will cover half of Bathroom floor.
4. Bathroom door is very squeaky, it can wake up dead people. I don't know how the staff don't notice these small yet irritating things.
5. Breakfast was below average

It’s a good hotel in a great location. I’d stay again.
Pros:

The location was great, our room overlooked Gran Via.

We happened to be there at the time of a festival so there was live music in Gran Via, which I liked except it made it a little loud at night.
