מיקום מעולה. דקה מרחוב הקניות המרכזי. נקי מאוד. קיפלו וסידרו כל יום, אפילו את הפיג'מות שלנו. החדר היה נח ומרווח.

Öncelikle rezervasyon sırasında çift kişilik tek yatak ve üç ayrı yataklı iki oda talep ettim. Çocuklarımla yakın odalarda kalmak istediğimi söyledim. Aynı katta ama uzak odalarda yer ayrıldığını görünce durumun düzeltilmesini istedim maalesef yardımcı olamayacaklar otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Ertesi gün bu durumun işveren düzeltildi. Ancak eşimle benim için talep ettiğin çift kişilik yatak konusunu düzeltmediler. Daha sonraki gün bu düzeltmeyi yaptılar. Resepsiyondaki görevli ile uzun uzun konuştuk ertesi gün kesinlikle sorunu çözüleceğini söylediler öte sabah resepsiyona gittiğimizde başka bir görevli vardı öyle bir imkanları olmadıklarını söyledi bunun üzerine ben bookinge şikayette bulunacagimı ve parayı iadenin yapılmasını isteyince talep verilmiş karşılandı. Otelin içi eski odalar karanlık ve fiyatını hak etmeyen bir otel. Konumu ise çok güzel.
