Pros:

Due to end of season we stayed in no 5. Excellent service and professinal staff. Great pianist in the piano bar. Superb food!

Hotel na pěkném místě s krásným výhledem na moře. Pěkný bazén.

Cons:

Pokoj, kde jsem byl ubytován má již něco za sebou. Na takto vyhlášený hotel, by to chtělo již důkladnější rekonstrukci, aby si udrželi kvalitu ubytování. Působí to vše již unaveným dojmem.

Would revisit 100 times over!
Pros:

Truly the most incredible stay. From the amenities to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. If you’re planning on heading to the reef club regardless, you might as well stay! The 4 star hotel wing is amazing as you get a reduced price and access all of the same 5 star resort amenities.

L’accueil de tout le personnel à notre arrivée et pendant notre court séjour
Tout le monde est souriant et disponible
Nous avons été surclassé donc je ne pourrais pas juger la chambre réservée
Nous avons apprécié ce geste
Lieu très agréable surtout en cette période non bondée
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel pour la qualité les choix et encore une fois pour le personnel
Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien organisée avec une vue mer et une terrasse agréable même si celle ci se trouvait sur le passage de personnes allant au village de Cefalu

Cons:

Il manque une bouteille d’eau gazeuse et non gazeuse à notre disposition pour que le confort soit la pour un lieu aussi luxueux.
Sauf si j’ai fais une erreur les petites bouteilles en carton étaient les seules gratuites de notre chambre et placées seulement en soirée
Un petit chocolat ou des petits biscuits siciliens auraient été appréciés .
Nous avons dîné sur place et n’avons pas apprécié tout le repas
Par contre les serveurs et la sommelière étaient parfaits
Certains serveurs un peu trop empressés de desservir
Nous avons été malades la nuit et attribuerons peut être à l’eau de la cafetière ou à l’alise bouche du repas qui était à base de poisson cru ?
L’endroit est très joli et nous aurions pu en profiter plus longtemps avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long
