A great hotel in a fantastic location. Beautiful breakfast and the free bikes are great for seeing the city. Staff were lovely breakfast lovely every morning

Cons:

We were in the annex. I feel outside the annex could be improved for guests to sit out and u feel a bit out of the hotel. But overall good if u have a larger party

We worth considering when visiting Lucca specifically and Tuscany in general.
Pros:

All of your staff are consummate and passionate professionals, they took care of all of our needs and even went the extra mile when we made a requested for advice or assistance. The idea of Prosecco and nibbles at 17.00 also brought together people from all around the world in a fantastic relaxing environment swapping stories and experience which is priceless, captivating and at the same time so informative. This makes the deference between a hotel and a special and memorable experience that will never be forgotten.

Good hotel, great staff but quite pricey.
Pros:

Good size room. Good location. Great breakfast. Complimentary tea and coffee and Prosecco in evenings.

Cons:

The shower tray did not keep the water contained in the shower so the floor was flooded on a couple of occasions until we got used to pointing the shower head away and at the wall which did not provide the best showering experience.

Hotel Llaria is an excellent hotel within Lucca
Pros:

Hotel Llaria is an excellent hotel offering a great position within Lucca, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The access to some free food and drinks from 12.00noon to 7.00pm is a real bonus. The breakfast was good for European standards. Very clean and great housekeeping around the hotel.

Great location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

the location is great, but that they have parking amazing. I by chance met one of their employees when I got a bit lost, and he took me straight to the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and acommodating.

my room was on the smaller side, but extremely quite, and comfortable.

My new favourite hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect , the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable . The breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to sit on the terrace with our breakfast.
