Free bot wine in room. Kettle. Drop-down writing table. Heated towel rail for drying your socks and undies. Bidet.

Cons:

Great place to stay in Lucca
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Ilaria. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and helpful. It is a hotel where I can highly rate the breakfast: lots of choices, not just the usual meat, cheese, and cornetti. They also have a happy hour, which is always appreciated after a long day. And, it's a good location, a short walk to the walls, restaurants, and shopping.

Not a thing.
