Hôtel confortable mais sans grande qualité esthétique et de situation
Pros:

Accueil très agréable prise en charge de la voiture par un voiturier surclassement
Chambre vaste mais datant un peu sur le plan de l’a décoration
Sanitaire vaste et très propre
Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux
Seul point un peu désagréable la chambre se trouve dans un bâtiment séparé de l’hôtel.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location, nice rooms, lovely breakfast (with coffee to order). Nice touch by the hotel providing a few snacks/drinks during 'happy hour'. Nice reception staff and breakfast staff too. I would highly recommend this hotel and Lucca.

La gentilezza di tutto il personale, la posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico, l' orario del checkout che ci ha permesso di fare colazione con calma e organizzarci per la partenza, le colazioni insieme al sorriso delle signore che ci hanno servito. Pros:

The Hotel is located just outside one of the historical town gates and within walking distance from many places of interest. The Hotel provided a "managers happy hour" with snacks beer and Prosecco for guest enjoyment. Also a paid Spritz Aperitivo station. The rate included an outstanding breakfast with ample and delicious food choices. Paid parking was available in the premises and the Hotel even offered to keep the spot after check out so that we could get some additional time to visit the old town. Marvelous and courteous Staff plus added room and hotel amenities made the Hotel a fantastic choice.

Cons:

The bed was extra firm for our preference.
