- sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

- sehr unbequeme Betten & Kissen
- sehr ringhörige Zimmer, unser Zimmer war zur Strasse, sehr laut. Man hört den Zimmernachbarn duschen (um 3.00h Nachts🙂)

Incredible stay at a premier hotel in Lucca. Would be back time and time again.
Pros:

The customer service / concierge services were better than any 5 star hotel i've ever experience. The team was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable and helped turn a great stay into an incredibly memorable one.

Cons:

The AC in the Medieval Tower could have been a little cooler on those hot Tuscan days, but the room was comfortable and cool!

We really enjoyed the stay in a centrally located hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel was considered central, just past the entrance to the walled city or town, and within easy walking distance of all facilities within the centre, and very close to the wall itself, meaning that the walk around the wall was easily accessible. The staff and breakfast were very good, and our Alejandro on reception was excellent. Parking facilities were good and on-site

Excellent location
Pros:

Hotel Ilaria is excellently located for all the sites of Lucca. The bedroom is a good size, with a comfortable king sized bed ( which could be converted into two singles). The bathroom is also a good size.

From noon to 5pm; beers, coke, juices, hot drinks and snacks are available while from 5pm to 7pm fizz is also available.

Great boutique hotel in terrific location with lovely staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast with great choice of foods. Lovely terrace if you prefer to eat outside. Very clean and we'll presented rooms. Great air con in the bedroom. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a terrific bonus. Prosecco and snacks at 5pm was very nice and offered an opportunity to meet and chat to other guests. The free bikes are also a great bonus. They are kept in excellent condition and easy to cycle around.
