The locality and the room were great, but the staff was not great + ants. Wouldn’t visit again
Pros:

The locality is very good, you can get to the main island quickly. The interior is quite pretty. The bathroom is also quite modern. The breakfast was nice, croissant, hot chocolate, eggs and more. We also got map of Venice for free.

Cons:

Not so great staff, they were kind until some problem appeared - we got ants in the room and there were also some at the breakfast. He told us, it’s because we have food in the room (the ants have appeared in the bathroom, craving the moisture, not anywhere nearby food) We threw out majority of the food except some closed biscuits. The ants then got from the bathroom to the table as well, the staff, clearly annoyed, told us again its because of the food and gave us another hotel room. Then there was this lady who took cafe of the breakfast but not many people were booked so she didn’t have a lot do to, so she was staring at us in the morning while we were eating, that was kinda weird. Also we visited in winter and the room was cold (no heating, or at least we didn’t find any).

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent, mit frischen Früchten und allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum.
Das Frühstücken im Garten war auch sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ich denke, es gibt in dem Hotel keine größeren Zimmer. Wir blieben 9 Nächte und ich konnte meinen Koffer nicht mal auspacken bzw. auch nur sehr umständlich öffnen.

Pros:

The location was optimal for visiting Venice while not staying in Mestre for spending less. The breakfast was vary and for all tastes. Check in and check out easy, also entering in the building at night. Comfortable rooms and beds, with all facilities.

Cons:

The room walls are a bit this so you can hear the people passing in the corridors/shutting the doors and also chatting from near rooms if they talk quite loud
