Perfect!
Pros:

We have stayed her many times. We love the triple room with a balcony. Gorgeous area and close to the water/boat station. The hotel has a lovely breakfast and the staff are so helpful and kind. Thank you!

We would like to return one day.
Pros:

We got Privato room that was absolutely great with the best every balcony we ever had. It was huge!!! The people had been very friendly, the breakfast was very good as well. The place is located very well on quiet street close to vaporeto as well close to beach.

Fijn klein hotel
Pros:

Heel schoon klein hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is prima. De ligging op lido is fijn. Wij hadden een kleine kamer die idd klein was maar heel netjes en met airco. Het bed lag goed en de kamers worden dagelijks opgeruimd.

Po raz drugi byłam w tym Hotelu. Pyszne , różnorodne śniadania , bliskość do morza , restauracji , i tramwajów wodnych .

Cons:

Mały minus za czystość . W pokoju mnóstwo pajęczyn i to takich naprawdę sporych.

La posizione dell' hotel è perfetta, sia per raggiungere i vaporetti, sia per andare al mare. La struttura è pulita, la colazione varia e abbondante, il personale molto professionale e solerte.

Pros:

Vi bodde inte där eftersom de hade problem med avloppet vilket de tycks ha då och då - andra har skrivit samma sak. Istället bodde vi på viktoria palace hotel. Det passade oss rätt bra eftersom vi var där flera dagar och de hade pool.

Cons:

Läget var sämre än Edera, längre från Lidos centrum och båten till Venedig.

La posizione e la colazione erano ottime, così come i letti comodi, e la disponibilità dello staff a risolvere qualche inconveniente!

Cons:

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un disguido con la ns camera, e la prima notte non è stata delle più comode, ma lo staff si è prodigato per risolvere l'inconveniente. Struttura un po' datata, con qualche miglioria da fare, ma da valutare come opzione per un soggiorno breve per la posizione perfetta!

Sehr zufrieden inklusive Überraschung zum Honeymoon
Pros:

Zu unserer Honeymoon Reise wurden wir mit einem Zimmer Upgrade mit herrlicher Terrasse im Dachgeschoss überrascht. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Das Personal ist freundlich und kompent. Das Zimmer ein gelungener Mix aus antik anmutendem Still mit modernem Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist fantastisch. Preis/Leistung unschlagbar, wie auch die Nähe zu Hafen auf der einen und dem Strand auf der anderen Seite.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche zu niedrig, vermutlich weil Dachgeschoss?
