Ironworks Hotel

Overall a good value I think. The furniture is classy but maybe a bit austere for my tastes. The Satff is the best thing about the hotel. They were some of the best we have had on volleyball trips with their patience and support.

Good location. Clean. Interesting decor. Good service. Needed a refrigerator. It was sent. Checkout was a bit rocky. Still don’t have my folio. We needed to call the hotel but could not get the front desk.

We drove from Freeport to have a couples overnighter. Love the hotel, the ambiance was great the rooms top notch. My only negative was the quests in the next room were overly loud and it went on until 4AM. Restaurant offered an enjoyable experience our server was one of the best I've had in a long time. The salmon was prepared to perfection. The lobster bisque was a little on the salty side but did not affect my enjoying it. If my husband and I were going to be staying in the area we would be returning for a do over.

We stayed just one night at this hotel, while visiting Beloit College for a tour.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the ironworks hotel. In Beloit, Wisconsin for Valentine's Day from start to finish. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our room was beautiful and so cozy with the fireplace that made the evening feel extra special. We loved the soaking tub and the large rain shower head. It was such a relaxing and luxurious touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we both slept so well. The balcony overlooking the river was stunning and made the whole experience even more memorable. We also had dinner and drinks at Merrill & Houston's steakhouse, and it was fabulous. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all outstanding. One of the best parts of the evening was being able to enjoy a romantic dinner and then simply head right upstairs to our room without ever leaving the property. It was truly a perfect valentine's celebration and a wonderful night away. We can't wait to come back!

The location was convenient & we enjoyed working out in the fitness center. Also, the overall aesthetic of the property was amazing!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Smelled wonderful. The restaurant was also very tasty. The hotel is located near everything you need. They provided us a coupon to go put putting at Henry Dorrbaker's. It was so much fun!

This was a last minute booking by us, but it was probably the best stay of our trip. The onsite restaurant was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, and the surrounding area was a pleasant surprise. We are anxious to return for a multiple night visit.

Excellent stay with amazing staff. beautiful river walkway that leads to activities. great amenities and close to downtown Beloit.
