Everything was great!
Pros:

The breakfast was more than we expected and the staff there was very friendly. We will recommend our friends to stay here.

Cons:

Booking.com was a bad experience. We booked for 3 days but needed to cancel one. It was very upsetting for me! A very nice lady got it straightened out for us. But your staff had no problem with the cancellation and they were a pleasure to work with!!

The hotel was clean, breakfast was as expected and staff was friendly.
Pros:

I didn't research the location, that was my mistake. The hotel is not convenient to the interstate. Having said that, departure traveling west was not bad.

Front desk staff where extremely helpful.
Pros:

The front desk staff was amazing, they helped me have a early check in. Everything was ready and I was able to get ready for my birthday party. I go to this hotel only to visit my family once a month.

Nice, clean hotel with a great breakfast
Pros:

Nice and clean. Breakfast was really good too!

Cons:

The carpet in our room was wet in areas, don’t know what it was, but other than that, the room was nice.

Our room was directly next to the smoking area outside. Meaning everytime someone was outside our entire room reeked of cigs.... the front office staff was very rude

The room was lovely and well maintained. I would stay here again.
Cons:

An offer of help with carrying the luggage up to my room would have been appreciated. I didn't ask for it but it should have been obvious that I had difficulty in carrying it as my finger was bandaged after an injury.
