Great space to relax and have fun
Pros:

The evening reception and breakfast were great. The pool was well stocked with towels and clean. The coming areas were all very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in our room 417 had a large wet spot and several bad stains. The elevators were very slow.

Specious and clean room with great location.

I didn’t like the taste of the cocktails this time, but all in all this is still our go-to hotel in Atlanta.

May have been a flagship location many moons ago.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
Breakfast Staff were great.

Cons:

Carpets were filthy.
Floors were filthy.
Walls were scuffed, dingy and dirty.
Carpet in room had cigarette burns in it.
All doors needed maintenance. They were loud and sounded like they were coming apart.
Our room door was tight in its jam and stuck when closed.
Elevators were slow and bounced around when they moved.

The experience was great and the pool was great.

Cons:

Some guest would leave the exercise area and come jump directly in the pool. I dont think that is very sanitary.

I was just a little disappointed over all it was my anniversary and I got mixed feelings

Cons:

The carpet in my room was dirty the bed was just so uncomfortable the pillows were old the room just need up grading

Cons:

Booked a king suite but given suite with two double beds. Hotel staff did not try to control children or talk to parents who were unruly during visit causing noise to resonate until late in the evening.

Cons:

The amenities I paid for were not available. I paid for a hotel with indoor swimming pool which was not available. I paid for a king-sized room but was given a double queen and told no king size rooms were available. The hotel was old and dated and just not worth the $200 a night price tag. I could have spent far less just across the street and gotten everything that I wanted from the experience.
