Convenient and comfortable

Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

Apparently if you check in after a certain time you can’t get a key card that works. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude we went to her several times advising the key was not working she initially suggested it was our fault then proceeded to change our room 2 times and each time the key did not work so maintenance let us in the room using a fob

Overall, a 4-star experience.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel in suburban Atlanta, GA USA the last few days and, overall, had a good stay. The hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located, ample parking, I was welcomed upon entering, check-in went smoothly, no one helped me with my luggage up to my room, my room was good, not great, the hotel is a bit dated, the elevators are slow and dark, wall paper is peeling off, the doors in my room were not cleaned the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows, the bathroom was very good, nice shower, the main room needs to add lighting, the walls of the room were quite thin so I could hear and was bothered by noise on either side of my room (noise level), the free WiFi worked well, the free buffet breakfast was very good, made-to-order eggs, good coffee and plenty of different kinds of seating, the hotel environment was relaxing, the restaurant served dinner starting at 5pm, but did not serve lunch. All employees were friendly and did a good job.
