I would definitely stay again and the made to order omelet was amazing! I wish the on site restaurant was open more hour
Pros:

It was in a central location.

Cons:

Our room was older, had a slanted floor and the sink was slow to drain, which I did report. I wish the bathroom was larger, as big as the suite is the bathroom was just cramped.

Short weekend stay so it was okay.
Pros:

I like that the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to the best of their ability. The location is convenient to a few food places and stores. Very smooth check in process.

Cons:

The overall facility is a little dated. The carpet in the rooms need to be cleaned. There are water stains/grime on the walls in the bathroom, loose faucets, rust, and an old smell. The elevators are dated but they get you there.

Stay good for food but not Comfort
Pros:

The breakfast was HOT and Delicious

Cons:

The room had a bad smell, Bathroom and kitchen area was both dirty. There was hair (lots) in sinks and tub.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, super ruhige und schöne Gegend und geräumige Suite. Abends bekamen wir 2 alkoholische Getränke gratis, außerdem wurden kleine Snacks angeboten.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

The location is great as well as the staff.

Cons:

The elevator needs some speed and the beds could use new mattress and could be higher from the floor.
Also would feel safer if there were active/ live cameras on the guest floors

Pros:

Our family's go to whenever we are visiting the area.

Cons:

The bartender his name was Shawn he was very short with his answers when asked a question however, it only seemed he was that way with a "certain " demographic. Not rude however just acted as though he was flustered when we asked a simple question about a drink at the bar.

One elevator works good was nasty and greasy I was not told any thing about the room when paying and was double charged I made double bookings in the reference if I couldn’t get into my other booking to manage it so I made a mother to make sure we had a room for the night and I’m pretty sure I’ll be charged the third time for one night we also got to meeting vouchers when we had three ppl and was told nothing more we got to our event and had no money to even have a drink due to being charged fees and shit we wasn’t warned told about before we was charged another one fifty so the math don’t add up not happy won’t be coming back here

Awesome stay and the breakfast was good.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Location was really good, near some restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance, however, it was too hot out.
The front desk employees were very helpful, polite and did a great job with smiles.

Cons:

Need better pillows. Too soft and worn.
