Pros:

Beautiful view. Italian restaurant downstairs

Cons:

The elevator goes up to 4th floor. If you are in the upper floor you need to walk and there are a lot of stairs to get your room. It was ok for me, but not ok for my 78 y.o mom. Even though the hotel offers a ride to the upper floor, there are still lots of stairs.
I would say this hotel is great for romantic get away, but not for families

It's a very sleepy town. Stay in San Francisco.
Pros:

Great view over San Francisco and lovely room

Cons:

Not very cheerful staff on check-in but the staff in the morning were lovely. Town closes down at 9 o'clock sharp. Had to go to bed with no dinner.

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the steam room. It was a great stay and would rebook in

The room was large and very nice. The bed and the linens were the best. We had a view of the marina. We are traveling by motorcycle and the bellmen grabbed our belonging and took to our room immediately. Very Nice and saved us as the elevator was broken.

Cons:

The elevator was not working. But the bellman carried our stuff to our room.

Perfect location; beautiful view; helpful and polite Staff; drapes, bed comfort, bathroom lacking.
Pros:

I liked the large size of the room, the generous counter space, the balcony, the view, the cleanliness, the Staff, and having a safe for personal use. The location is fantastic. The colors/decor and carpet were very sophistocated and soothing. The steam room and spa were very nice. The locker room was nice. The Bellhop, Check-in and Valet were prompt, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

The bed in Room 450 was so uncomfortable for my back, that I woke up continuously in pain. I lost hours of sleep.
I would like to have had a chair in the bathroom for getting dressed. The window coverings were nearly impossible to move, and the sliders made a screeching noise. Outside the Spa, the patio was small. The Hotel Entrance seems uninviting. Front Desk is hidden around a cornor, bathroom in the Entrance Lobby had to be unlocked. Furniture is sparse in Lobby. You should have told us about Black Sands Beach. We missed it!

Love this place!
Pros:

One of our dogs has CHF and our room was on the hillside which had quite a few steps to get to room. Our dog was so out of breath he couldn’t make it to the top
Of the stairs. They were able change our room to one that has complete elevator access…we were so appreciative of the accommodation! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Looking forward to our next visit!

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Great location to discover the town without a car.
