Hotel centrale con vista mare ed attento servizio
Pros:

L’Hotel è di fronte alla marina di Sausalito. La camera tripla era molto grande con un salotto e un bagno con vasca e doccia. Una bellissima veranda offre una bellissima vista sul mare, molto suggestiva la sera con l’illuminazione.

Cons:

Solo un frigorifero per vino ,vuoto, che faceva rumore di notte. Nulla di importante

Great location, reasonable rates. Very nice daytime staff.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to find and pretty easy to park. If getting there late, easier to park in hotel parking across the street. Self parking is a bit less expensive than valet. Otherwise, early am easy to find street parking.

Cons:

There was nothing really wrong, just not a spectacular stay. Rooms were a bit small, but we chose a more economical room as we were just there for the night.

Nice location
Nice looking communal areas

Cons:

The bed was very dirty with hair on it. The staff did handle it and they changed sheets.. I didn’t feel that actually cared about the incident.
Staff was ok, not as expected from a 4 star hotel.
There was something weird with the charging system even that the room was prepaid throw booking

Our first time staying and although I’d stay there again in a pinch, we’ll stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The location is good. The staff is friendly. Temp control was great.

Cons:

The rooms and baths are tired and in desperate need of a refresh. The mattress is uncomfortable; and the walls are paper thin—so much so we could hear soft conversation from the room next door.

The hotel was great. We stayed in a hillside cottage which had a lovely view over the bay from the balcony. The staff were really helpful and I have already booked to go back

Wonderful hotel, fantastic location
Pros:

Stayed at Casa Madrona for a visit with family in Sausalito, and it was tremendous. Fantastic location, very large and comfortable room, and very reasonably priced. A *very* minor question about the bill was quickly resolved. Highly recommended!

One tip: The air conditioning / heat in our room had, I think, been programmed by a previous guest to raise & lower the temperature at various times. If that happens, it's probably easiest to call the Front Desk rather than try to resolve it yourself.
