高級ホテルチェーンとは違い、少し家族のような温かみのあるhospitality でした。
ローマに慣れない私には、とても心強かったです。やはり、FrontもBell staffも花が咲くように優しい。
7年ぶりに宿泊して、このホテルの素晴らしさに再会しました。
部屋もお心遣いいただき、素晴らしい部屋を堪能できました。
25日と28日は、ローマで再会した私の教える学生とロビーで話し込み、夜遅くまで過ごしました。
他のお客様はいないため、ご迷惑になることは少なかったと思います。お許しいただき感謝しています。
次は、いつ宿泊できるだろうかと、楽しみにしています。

Tamaño habitaciones. Personal.

Cons:

El desayuno es de aeropuerto. Muy mala calidad y te cobran cualquier extra. La ubicación no es mala pero no es una calle bonita ni una zona agradable. Pagas precio de hotel primer nivel y muchas cosas son de Segunda.

Weekend a Roma
Pros:

Struttura molto bella ed elegante, curata nei minimi dettagli, posizione ottima a 2 passa da Piazza di Spagna. Personale gentilissimo e professionale che ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi. Hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito ad una junior suite superiore, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera magnifica con due bagni dotati di ogni comfort, letto molto comodo, mini bar fornitissimo, dotato di piccola cantina di vini nella zona giorno. Grazie e a presto!

overall very nice but 5 star should be flawless

breakfast menu + amazing location

Cons:

This may sound as details but not for a 5 star hotel
when cleaning the room add new bottle of water for both guests
when the soap dispenser is disassembled it means it does not work properly, change it
when at the front desk to check restaurant don t tell me i shouldn t need to book, make the reservation on the spot , actually we went there and it was full
