Pros:

Very nice hotel, social hour with complimentary drinks and snacks was great.
Really big room and staff very friendly and helpful
Nice modern gym
Hotel breakfast had really good selection

Cons:

Aircon temperature was limited to 22 degrees as the lowest which was not cold enough for our liking especially during the summer when it was 39 degrees outside. The hotel did bring in an extra fan which helped out massively.
Other guests children were a bit disruptive at times for a luxury hotel (one young boy came over to our table at breakfast and just screamed and ran off, we then watched him touch all the waffles and lick the chocolate spread spoon)

Beautifully designed resort-like hotel in Suzhou. Both exterior and inside room. Stylish and modern. Very spacious room.

Pros:

the view from the balcony is very good, very suzhou vibe. the location is good you can immediately find some small alley to squeeze yourself into, this is where the fun is at suzhou old town.

Cons:

i think it is normal that (well pretty common to me) the good hotels in China normally they will delay your check-in cos the room is not ready, or await for the final inspection. luckly we did not wait for very long and had our welcome drink..

酒店各个方面都很不错👍酒店位置好，闹中取静，非常安静，园林景观也很优美别致。房间干净舒适，床品很赞，床超大超舒服。早餐也很好吃，品类丰富。最值的一提的是酒店工作人员服务意识很强，周到细致。👍👍👍

Pros:

酒店设施都比较新，健身房有普拉提床。姑苏区在景点附近，旁边很多餐厅。服务人员态度都不错，东西落下了还专门寄回来。前台能借到很多东西，有卷发棒和直发棒还有排插。

Cons:

浴巾上面发现有上一个客人的假睫毛，还有办公坐垫区域的垫子可能要用其他工具深度打扫一下。
