The air con doesn't work, so I would not recommend this hotel during the summer!
Pros:

The location was great, just a very short walk from the Bull Ring and New Street Station. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was a nice size.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work. We had just had an extremely hot heatwave and this resulted in the room feeling like a sauna. The hotel provided a fan, but this was not adequate. It was far too hot to sleep comfortably and I would definitely not stay at this hotel again during the summer months.

Cons:

I was given an upgrade offer for a deluxe room with 2 beds and paid a total of 125 pounds for the 5 nights I stayed in, but the reality did not reflect that as I was provided only 1 bed instead of what was shown in the picture, I wish to ask for a refund for the 125 pounds I paid for the upgrade

Pros:

Rooms were a good size.

Cons:

Noise levels from the street outside led to a bad night's sleep, as we were there two nights we got moved to another room and complaint was dealt with quickly.
Very small amounts of milk, tea and coffee supplied, which considering the room price and standard of hotel was disappointing

Hotelli oli kaunis ja kotoisa. Aivan ihana aamupala ja ruokailutila ihastuttava.

Cons:

Vietimme hotellissa kaksi yötä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ollenkaan😒 Huoneessa oli yli 30° C lämmin ja nukkuminen oli tuskaisaa. Märkien pyyhkeiden avulla se onnistui jotenkin. Huoneessa ei yksinkertaisesti voinnut oleilla yhtään sen kauempaa kuin oli pakko🥵

Vanhahtava mutta tyylikäs sviitti. Iso ja mukavaa sänky. Ottaen huomioon missä ollaan, hyvä aamiainen. Tosin turhauttavaa jonottaa yhdelle ainoalle hitaalle kahvikoneelle.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei toiminut, ulkona 30-35°. Neuvottelu tästä henkilökunnan kanssa ei mennyt ihan toivotusti mutta lopputulos kuitenkin aika hyvä.

Vorrei segnalare alcuni aspetti che, purtroppo, hanno influito negativamente sul comfort durante il mio soggiorno.
L’aria condizionata in camera non funzionava e, al momento del check-in, questo problema non mi è stato comunicato dalla reception. Come soluzione alternativa mi è stato fornito un ventilatore, che tuttavia non poteva compensare adeguatamente l’assenza dell’aria condizionata.
Inoltre, lo scarico del WC non funzionava correttamente e non aveva una potenza sufficiente, rendendo necessario utilizzarlo più volte per ottenere uno scarico completo.
Un ulteriore disagio è stato causato dalla presenza di numerosi piccioni proprio vicino alla finestra della camera. Il rumore era praticamente continuo e la sporcizia lasciata dagli animali provocava anche un odore sgradevole.
Comprendo che possano verificarsi degli inconvenienti, tuttavia ritengo che questi aspetti dovrebbero essere verificati e risolti per garantire agli ospiti un livello di comfort adeguato.

Optimal um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Man kann eigentlich alles zu Fuss machen oder hat Tram, Zug und Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Auch vom Flughafen in nur gut 30 Min. erreichbar, was mit dem Taxi (im Abendverkehr) länger wäre…

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn das Bett grösser wäre.
Nicht nur französisches Doppelbett.
