Nimic. Paturi inconfortabile, mizerie maxima sub paturi ( puteti verifica ca va imbolnaviti de la praf ) , galagie extraordinar de mare. Nu este izolat fonic pe interior hotelul, auzi efectiv orice sunet din camera alaturata, femeile de la curatenie puse tactic de catre manageri sa faca curatenie la ora 8 30, femeile alea strigau ,tranteau aspiratorul in toate directiile .... efectiv scapau pe jos pe orice puneau mana, suna telefonul de servici din 5 in 5 minute. Este imposibil sa te odihnesti in acest hotel. Am calatorit in sute locatii dar nu am auzit de curatenie la ora 8 30 in viata mea nicaieri in lume. Realitatea nu reflecta cu recenziile pozitive va garantez acest lucru. Incearca sa cumpere pe oricine cu o bautura sau un mic gest doar sa ofere recenzii care nu sunt meritate.
Totul a fost dezamagitor.

Milano alloggia al C‑hotels Concords e la sensazione generale è fantastica! La signora italiana alla reception al check‑in ci ha anche dato una carta per l’happy hour. La sera prima del check‑out, la mia famiglia e io abbiamo goduto dell’happy hour al bar al piano terra.
Tutto il personale dell’hotel è molto gentile e ci saluta sempre quando ci vede, non c’è alcuna discriminazione verso i cinesi. Onestamente, durante questo viaggio in Italia abbiamo soggiornato in 3 hotel, e solo qui il servizio è impeccabile!
La camera tripla ha uno spazio discreto, l’acqua della doccia è ottima. L’hotel si trova a 100 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana linea rossa Turro, quindi i trasporti sono molto comodi. La struttura ha una certa dimensione e un po’ di atmosfera d’epoca, ma questo non influisce minimamente sull’esperienza di soggiorno!

米兰住在C-hotels Concords,整体感觉非常棒！办理入住前台的意大利女士还给了happy 时间卡，在退房前一天晚上我们一家人在楼下的BAR享用了这次HAPPY时间，酒店服务人员都非常热情，看见我们都会打招呼，没有对中国人的歧视，实话说这次旅行我们在意大利住了3个小时小时酒店，只有这里的服务员无可挑剔！三人间空间还可以，洗澡水很好，酒店位于红线地铁turro站100米的地方，交通很方便，酒店规模也还可以，相对来说有些年代感，但是这并不会影响居住体验！非常推荐这家酒店！
The staff were very kind and professional. Stefania and Manuela had excellent behaviour and helped a lot—they even gave me a free breakfast coupon although breakfast was not included in my booking. Overall, the service was really warm and welcoming.

Posizione e colazione
Avevo inviato una e-mail privata alla struttura dopo il soggiorno per condividere il mio feedback, senza lasciare subito una recensione proprio perché il punteggio non sarebbe stato altissimo. Non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta e questo silenzio dice già molto.
La prima volta che avevo soggiornato qui mi ero trovata bene. Proprio per questo mi dispiace ancora di più dire che questa seconda esperienza è stata peggiore di alcune avute in hotel con meno stelle. Già durante il primo soggiorno avevo spiegato di essere claustrofobica e di non usare l’ascensore, chiedendo per il futuro una stanza ai piani bassi. A distanza di soli dieci giorni mi è stata invece assegnata di nuovo una camera al quarto piano, costringendomi a continui avanti e indietro a piedi.
La chiave magnetica per due volte non ha funzionato appoggiata al lettore, facendomi fare quattro piani su e giù, cosa confermata anche dalla signora delle pulizie. In bagno non era presente il bidet, dettaglio che trovo davvero difficile da accettare per un quattro stelle in Italia: se alcune stanze ne sono sprovviste, dovrebbero almeno essere assegnate a ospiti stranieri che sono abituati a non averlo. Lo scarico del bagno, una volta utilizzato, continuava a fare rumore senza fermarsi, tanto che di notte evitavo di usarlo. L’ultima sera la chiave ha smesso di funzionare di nuovo mentre era inserita ed è saltata la luce; dalla reception è arrivato un ragazzo che l’ha semplicemente riappoggiata al lettore esterno in corridoio dicendo che bastava fare così, cosa che l’ospite dovrebbe intuire da solo.
Anche il riscaldamento veniva spesso disattivato e ho dovuto chiamare per farlo reimpostare perché la stanza diventava gelida. Al check-out, quando ho indicato il numero della camera, mi è stato detto ironicamente “la famosa 403” invece di ricevere delle scuse per i disagi, peraltro non tutti segnalati, come il piano alto che avevo accettato comprendendo che l’hotel fosse pieno o il problema dello scarico.

Ich habe gedacht Parkplatz sei im Preis mit drin. Wir mussten 15 pro Nacht zahlen.
