A special thank you to Angelo, who made the experience even more memorable. His kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything created such a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and positive.

The entire team deserves recognition as well — everyone was friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. You can really feel the strong teamwork and passion for hospitality throughout the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Pros:

Hotel posizionato vicino la metro in posizione buona per raggiungere il centro di Milano.
Ottimo lo staff, ragazzi giovani, cortesi e molto disponibili, menzione particolare a Angelo, Clizia e al Barman Marco che ci ha preparato un ottimo Negroni.
Da menzionare anche che abbiamo usufruito di un upgrade gratuito della stanza.
Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità.
Ottimo infine il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Da migliorare la pulizia della stanza per raggiungere un ottimo voto.
