Séjour agréable, bon accueil, situation géographique idéale, mais hôtel un peu vieillissant.
Pros:

L'accueil, le fait d'être surclassé dans une chambre plus grande, le bon pour un apéritif offert, la qualité de la literie, les petites attentions en arrivant dans la chambre (petit mot de bienvenue, chocolats, biscuits), la situation géographique à 15 minutes en métro du centre ville.

Cons:

La chambre était sonore, on entend bien le bruit de la circulation et les femmes de ménage qui passent l'aspirateur le matin.
Le fait que la salle de sport soit en travaux. Les prises électriques qui se détachaient du mur ou qui ne fonctionnaient pas.

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did have a small issue during my stay, but I was very impressed with the way the manager handled it. They dealt with the situation in a very professional, polite, and respectful manner, and I truly appreciated the effort they made to resolve everything. Excellent customer service!

The hotel is also in a fantastic location — very close to the city centre, with the train station just a short walk away. It’s very convenient and provides easy access to everything you need.

Amazing value for money
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing - Pancakes recommended! The staff is very friendly, overall very organised. Plus you get a free drink voucher with your stay from their bar !

Comfort ed eleganza a prezzi ragionevoli per Milano
Pros:

Camera spaziosa, pulitissima, ben tenuta. Hotel moderno e pulito, servizi ottimi e staff gentilissimo. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage custodito nel centro di Milano

Cons:

Potrebbe non essere disponibile il posto in garage, purtroppo dipende dal numero di ospiti presenti al momento dell'arrivo
