Great location, great price, will return
Pros:

Everything went very well for us at this location. We were in the area for what is often a very popular and packed triathlon, and it was great to find a very close hotel for the night, easily accessible and comfortable for the price. Unfortunately, we often end up losing comfort to not break the bank for these events, so it was nice to find a comfortable and relatively affordable location. We will return in the future for similar events.

No issues that bothered us.

Very clean, comfortable, and affordable rates. Staff has always been great.
Pros:

Location worked out great and is quiet. Breakfast is simple with enough choices to get you going.

Cons:

Newer toilets would be nice. Our shower faucet didn’t work as it should and needs updating as well.

Pros:

The location next to Big Top was great. The place was super clean and they had a big pool area with a hot tub. I didnt go in either but it looked well taken care of. Bed was comfy and everything was clean. Hyvee down the street. Stayed here for a wedding at Heidel House. Glad I did. Free breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing really to complain about.

Bugs in the drawers,refrigerator and coffee maker mold, bathtub doesnt drain down, customer service doesnt answer the phone and vending machine eats your money great experience, never again.

Very comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

The room was adequate for our purposes, The staff was friendly and helpful, we liked that there was a pool available even though we didn't have an opportunity to use it, the breakfast was decent, had more of a selection than we anticipated. Overall I would stay again and would give a good recommendation to others.
