my stay at this location was completely unacceptable with the stuff that I had to deal with. the first room that I was given it looked like the door was kicked in. And it smelled completely like smoke. When I first brought this to the attention of the front desk, the tenant decided to grab a screwdriver to try to screw it back in, and then when I told him that wasn't going to work. He decided to grab more tape. Then, after actually walking down and seeing it and going back to the computer, he's like, oh, this is a room that we were told not to put people in. And that was the very frustrating start that I had to deal with. Please see picture attached and then I was moved to a room upstairs even though I had a request for a room downstairs due to my pet. I was advised that th had no other rooms on the first floor and that the 2nd floor was my only option. I caved and when I moved everything upstairs, i had to wait for they made to finish cleaning the room so stood in the hallway until it was completed. as soon as I unloaded, literally everything from my car amd put into the room, I was told, well, I'm being moved back downstairs to the first floor.. I tried staying in the room upstairs and was told. No, I need to move back to the room downstairs. So then i had to move everything from the room up stairs back down to the 1st floor and the room was the door directly next to my first room. They claim to have wifi but the wifi they had, had one bar and only connected when u were at the front desk so I had no internet all weekend. The wifi does not work in your location and I am extremely upset. The staff had no clue what they were doing and seemed like worked excessive hours as when i checked in at 6pm, the same person was still there at 9am the next morning. I was charged 5 nights of pet fees when I was only there 3 nights. They did end up refunding em for the extra two nights but had to wait for the manager to refund when they were back on tuesday.

No complaints!

The only time housekeeping appeared was on the 5th day of the 6 nights I stayed there. That was the only time the trash was taken out and a few towels were changed.

The chairs and couches lacked support cushions. It was like sitting and relaxing on a rock. Terrible way to try and relax!

First room we were assigned 101 I believe it was, upon entering I observed greasy haunting handprints on the headboard! LOTS OF THEM! If that isn't clean, how am I to believe the bedding is?!? I went and talked to the attendant and he asked to come see it for himself. He appeared to be just as surprised and disgusted as we were. He kindly moved us to another room 303. There needs to be some updating to the rooms as well as there was a hole above the mirror by the bathroom, the room itself needs a fresh redo, the freezer of fridge was iced over. Then at breakfast they didn't have any napkins - my family scrounged around to locate any. We ended up asking the attendant (new one) for some as there was none. The eggs were also gone and I had to ask for more of those. The bagels seemed a day old or so as the first one was tough and I had to throw it away. No more fruit was out. It was very limited and I was hungry!

The pool had no heater the heater was in a box by the front desk. The beds were hard. Not enough towel by pool we asked they said they were out.

Cold pool, no clean towels or trash dumped for multiple day stay.

Didn’t clean rooms much

Room lighting could have been better. Bathroom light above sink was quite dim.

Did not restock towels, toilet paper or garbage bags unless I asked for them and I felt like I was bothering them other then that everything else was decent
