Lo único bueno del alojamiento fueron las instalaciones de la piscina
El trato de recepción a la hora de llamar para pedir toallas éramos dos en la habitación y solo nos pusieron dos toallas cuando llame a recepción para pedir más toallas dijeron que hasta el día siguiente no nos podían dar y nos quedamos con dos toallas pequeñas. También el tema de pago yo había hecho el pago por Booking y cuando llegue tuve que volver a pagar o sea que pagué dos veces se los expliqué pero me dijeron que el problema no era de ellos que era de Booking les enseñé el número de reserva, y aún así me hicieron pagar nuevamente Tengo el recibo de que pagué por Booking y también el recibo de que pagué cuando llegue. Total un maltrato la verdad sin duda no volvería pero no me quedaba otra más que quedarme allí porque vine desde muy lejos.
El hotel es perfecto, habitaciones reformadas/muy nuevas. Todo funciona genial, el aire acondicionado perfecto.
Las piscinas limpias y todo muy bien cuidado. El personal super super amable, sonriendo siempre.
El desayuno solo esta de 8,00 a 10.00 (por lo que se crean unas colas en el restaurante todas las mañanas bastante largas y tediosas)
La comida tanto de mediodía como de la cena es variada, muy rica, y mucho donde elegir.
Lo mejor del hotel… es pet friendly.
Las habitaciones tienen un fuelle en la puerta que minimiza golpazos y se duerme muy bien, mucho silencio.
Solo hay un pero, 2 ascensores para 240 habitaciones. Y las largas colas que se forman en el desayuno ya que hay poca amplitud horaria.
Nos gustó la ubicación, el buffet que era muy variado y todo estaba muy limpio, la gente muy educada…
La piscina muy bien, el socorrista muy atento con todo, todo muy ordenado….

Las piscinas y las vistas de la habitación, además de su buena ubicación.
La comida del buffet, muy variada pero poca calidad. Prefiero poco y mejor producto.

Suggestion mettre le fauteuil d’accès à la piscine pour les personnes handicapées du côté petit bain
L’hôtel était vraiment bien situé, à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. Le personnel était accueillant et agréable, les chambres propres et spacieuses. Des animations étaient proposées tous les soirs lors de notre séjour. De nombreux transats sont à disposition autour de la piscine ce qui permet d’avoir une place pour chaque personne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et très bon.
Le parking est tout le temps complet. La première place disponible était à 5 minutes à pied ce qui peut être embêtant avec les valises. La présence d’une personne handicapée n’y a rien changé.
Les chambres sont assez mal isolées, quand il y a des animations cela résonne.
J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est idéal tout est à proximité que ce soit les restaurants les commerces ou la plage accessible en seulement 3 minutes à pied. La piscine directement dans l’hôtel est également un vrai avantage avec une animation très agréable. Un emplacement vraiment parfait
En revanche nous avons été très déçus par l’accueil du personnel. C’était pourtant notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel mais nous ne nous sommes pas sentis les bienvenus. Nous avons trouvé le personnel peu souriant et assez froid ce qui est vraiment dommage. Nous aurions apprécié un accueil plus chaleureux et agréable surtout en revenant une deuxième fois. Au vu du prix du séjour nous attendions tout simplement un meilleur accueil et davantage d’attention envers les clients
Very good location, close to the beach 6 minutes walk. Santa Margarida region is very nice but the centre of Roses is also beautiful with many shops.
We had a very nice view from the balcony on the channel.
The food was very tasty with everything you needed. At the bar outside the coffe and the staff was very friendly and professional.
The swimming pool was very nice and clean, every day was cleaned and a person guard it everything to be safe and clean.
The room was everyday cleaned . If we will return in Costa Brava, definetley will book again this hotel.
Every day were nice activities and the entertaiment teams was also very friendly and polite.
All by all it was a very nice stay! Definetley recommand it.
A small comment but not that it was bad, I wished in the evenings with live music to be more Spanish music. The tourists, many of them were from Spain and when the performers were singing spanish music, people was dancing.
For the type of tourists which I saw were there, for a even cool atmosphere I would recommend more Spanish music than rock music.
But this is just a small detail, maybe it was only in the period I stayed at the hotel.

Todo super bien! Sobretodo a destacar la amabilidad del personal! Y las vistas!! La limpieza y lo Bien cuidado que esta todo!
Que en las piscinas deberían controlar la gente que reserva las hamacas y se va de la zona de la piscina! No hay suficientes hamacas para todos los huéspedes y si la gente no es cívica, se debería poner unas normas como en otros sitios.
La ubicación. Cerca de la playa, aunque lejos del centro de Roses.
No se puede reservar parking. Tienen pocas plazas. En la zona es imposible encontrar aparcamiento.
Las piscinas y la comodidad de la habitación. Totalmente renovada.
En el desayuno si era hora punta faltaban cubiertos, platos, alimentos... Pero es entendible con tanta gente, con paciencia reponían.
También costaba coger el ascensor por las mañanas, si estabas en la 8a planta como era nuestro caso, era un poco desesperante.
