Ubicacion perfecta . Zona tranquila y cerca del centro de Rosas. Playa a 5 minutos andando, grande , de arena y varios chiringuitos .

Todo para ser un 3 estrellas está muy bien, ubicación, buffet, atención del personal correcta,sobre todo quiero detallar al señor Carlos que estaba en la recepción por las tardes tengo que darle un 10 nos atendió muy amable y un gran profesional.

Que en pleno verano a 35° no tengan ni una sombrilla en la piscina todas las hamacas al solano si querías poder estar un rato en la piscina tenías que mover la hamaca pegada a los árboles que había un poco de sombra eso sí no estaba ocupado ya,y las camas son una piedra de duras me he ido con dolor en las caderas, costillas ya que duermo de lado.y las bebidas un poco caras.
Los espectáculos muy mal organizados porque no ponían ellos las sillas para que todo el mundo lo pudiera ver por igual,de esa manera tú estabas el primero bien sentado en una mesa y llegaban los listos de última hora cogían las sillas de donde fuera y ala todos sentados delante tuyo sin importar, claro si esto lo organizara el hotel no ocurriría y uno por no discutir o te ibas o te quedabas sin ver nada.

Nous avons pris l’habitude de séjourner quelques jours dans cet hôtel à Roses et nous ne sommes jamais déçus : la chambre, la salle de bain, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, tout était parfait encore cette fois.

El equipo de animación, súper agradables y divertidos (Javi, Keila, twan y Lucas)

Cons:

La única pega la actitud altiva del socorrista, había muy buen ambiente y complicidad entre monitores y huéspedes pero al parecer ante la falta de protagonismo del socorriata ha habido situaciones conplicadas y degaradables.
Hace años que vengo a este hotel y nunca me había sentido incómoda hasta ahora!

Le personnel est très bien. L'entretien de l'hôtel est parfait.

Cons:

Il n'y a plus une seule chaise dans la chambre .Je l'ai fait remarquer à la réception qui m'a répondu qu'il fallait utiliser les fauteuils de la terrasse lesquels sont inconfortables . A côté de la salle à manger a été installé une terrasse pour pouvoir prendre les petits déjeuners et les repas en extérieur par contre il y est interdit de fumer. Résultat il n'y a quasiment personne .
