Pros:

Close to everything, easy to get to our cruise bus stop and very clean with friendly staff

Cons:

Well there was a couple that were fighting all night and ended up pulling the fire alarm at about 3am which made our stay less than pleasent. We never were able to go back to sleep and was up till we checked out. That was when we were told that the fighting couple pulled the fire alarm and it was a false alarm, however we did not know that at 3am and were not sure what was going on and if we should have packed up and left or not.

The front desk staff upon arrival was very kind and helpful.

no hot water in room- both sink and shower were cold only
A bug in the bed

Overall it was okay, convenient area to train, staff was great, toilet issue and door.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, staff was amazing and super nice. Lobby was clean and well-kept. Room itself was fine.

Cons:

Toilet stopped flushing, there was a hair on the shower curtain, door to room was hard to open with the key card. I have used these systems before no issue, but this one was very tricky.
