Don’t stay here!
Pros:

Location good for traveling
The front desk staff upon arrival was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

no hot water in room- both sink and shower were cold only
A bug in the bed
Refusal to ship forgotten personal belongings
Front desk staff on Saturday morning rude and confrontational.
Did not offer to help with the zero hot water

Overall it was okay, convenient area to train, staff was great, toilet issue and door.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, staff was amazing and super nice. Lobby was clean and well-kept. Room itself was fine.

Cons:

Toilet stopped flushing, there was a hair on the shower curtain, door to room was hard to open with the key card. I have used these systems before no issue, but this one was very tricky.

Pros:

the breakfast is good, location is good

Cons:

The a/c and heating unit was loud. you can get a similar room somewhere else at a better price. I don't like the $100.00 fee that goes on your bill for expenses that may happen if you get wild and have a party. I'm going on 80 years old and do they really think I'm going to have a wild party.

Pros:

Samantha was excellent and I wish she was working when I first got there.

Cons:

I did not like my check in and the evening clerk provide no assistance and was unable to help me with my double booking. Samantha, was able to resolve my issue the next morning.
