Freshly cleaned carpet not yet dry.
As I was checking out, I was greeted by several employees who asked about my stay with smiling faces and very enthusiastic personality. Great senses of humor, etc. You are doing things right there. Congratulations.

Hot tub wasn’t working; rooms weren’t ready at check in time; room wasn’t cleaned
I liked that my kids had fun
There was no Air conditioning in my room 511, the hot tub was cold, there where ants in my room that i have a video of the breakfast was nasty I want a refund.
Was not able to help me when I had allergic reaction all over my face I got photos and I was not able to sleep I had to go purchase a pillow and pillow cases and blanket just to sleep
I had a allergic reaction and staff didn't do anything about it I got no sleep my first night staying there

Didnt like that we was trying to take are stuff out to are car and get checked out the cleaning lady had all her stuff in front of are room door. I know she was cleaning the room next door but she could have atleast moved the cleaning cart over and made some more room for me to get in and out of my room door.
Water pressure in the shower was really low.
I just loved how warm and welcoming the staff were they were all very sweet very kind your host in the dining room was over the top he was great loved him I'm sorry I can't remember his name the bartender she was amazing all of your front desk staff were impeccably great at their jobs super helpful
