Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Paid attention to detail.
We didn't do the breakfast but had a light snack, the location was perfect close to all stores,etc.
After I was checked in my other guess had not made it but when he did the staff lady was asking guess so many questions that wasn't asked to me.
Uriel at the front desk was the only bright spot of my experience
Hotel was overpriced for what I received, mattresses were the worst I have ever slept on at a holiday inn, they refuse to even take your name for check inn before 3pm weren't even allowed to use the pool a little early,I understand rooms won't be ready but wasn't allowed to even get check in out of the way and this created a long line at 3 for checking in unacceptable I have never experienced this in all my years using hotels and I'm 58 .this is a 3 star hotel pretending to be a 5 star by inflating the price because they offer nothing extra not even bread or water for breakfast,and don't even get me started about the towel rack with all the towels even the hand towels mounted inside the shower not sure who designed this

Staff- the desk clerks and the maintenance man.
Hot tub was not working. Our tv box wasn’t working (no signal). The maintenance man was helpful both times he came to the room - once to reset the box and then he brought a new box to us. The TVs and boxes need to be upgraded in every room! Our son had the same issue during a stay 2 months ago. Upgrade these so your maintenance man can focus on bigger and more pressing issues that come with a building of this size.
We had to go to a restaurant for breakfast because other guests told us as we entered that the motel restaurant breakfast wasn’t worth $15. We met our family I. The restaurant and they said the same so we couldn’t eat on property.
The stay was perfect except at the reception the night shift employee (lady) was rude me with my partner for no reason. No customer experience, very unprofessional when attending to customers. Discrimination. She said there were no rooms and then after I sent my white friend to ask she ended up being told that there is an available room for her.
Customer care at the front desk was poor
The shower did not have hot water. It was lukewarm as best.
