Pros:

we always stays at extended hotel at alviso Santa clara location me and wife are comtable in this site hotel the crew of this site is so helpful they have so much energy to provide what we needs and I will have all my family and colleagues to let them know if they will plan to visit this area I recommend extended hotel in this area cause safety are most guaranteed.
and safe to stay to visit the bay area..it's a like your home it's so comtable for temporary like home ...you not have any problems in this place that's why we're here like home to me andy wife specifically closed to her hospital were she work and my work as a police officer now work for federal agency less traffic and people are really friendly.
so thank you for your great service for sure next time for re contract over again. only this place and available for sure we're here to stay.

We will not stay there again

Breakfast was ok

Cons:

They had an old analog TV that was very draining. You couldn’t even watch the shows, and there was no way to watch streaming apps. The outside of the building was dirty and didn’t feel safe. The rooms were facing out and not inside the building. People upstairs were running back-and-forth and up and down. It was very noisy.

Not good but also not bad
Pros:

I liked the convince of the hotel and the area price wasn’t too bad and pretty clean

Cons:

Check in was at 3:00 but they said it wouldn’t be ready till 3:30 we waited for 30 minutes to wait another 30 minutes our room wasn’t ready till 4:00 and we had a concert to get too and we were expected to check out by 11:00 i understand it being busy but I would of liked an extended check out for the inconvenience

room was extremely dirty, pillow cases,sink ,bed, and bathtub full of hairs. The back frame of the bed with dirty marks floors look like haven’t been mopped ! Our towels were dirty with makeup stains and yellow stains and ALSO HAIRS
