Atleast I had a place to sleep

The booking was for a queen size room and the bed was full size. I brought this up to the desk clerk who said it was a queen which is definitely not true. The bed also felt like it was going to fall apart from how loose the legs were. There was no shampoo or conditioner for the shower, and there was no safe in the room.

We dealt with it because it was paid for, until we didn’t.
Pros:

The ease of access to things in the surrounding area.

Cons:

Some hotels you forget to disinfect because it’s so clean, and in this one.. you’d forget you disinfected, already.

They have people staying here for ‘extended’ amounts of time, and think they should clean every two weeks, when if they considered it as maintenance for ‘their’ property, instead of a favor to guests, the place wouldn’t get to the murky state it is in.

We did not even stay. Walked in our room and left immediately.

The front desk was okay but when asking housekeeping for towels and tissue they had a bad attitude,,

Cons:

The housekeeping was rude,the water stank ,the draws had food bags in it,and the next morning when we woke up they had a family of roaches coming out the bathroom and kitchen, we had to pick our bags up off the floor the remaining of our stay ,it was disgraceful and disgusting, top of shower was roaches and mold,
