Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple mentions that rooms and hotel were clean and well kept; a few comments about irregular housekeeping timing but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
9
Staff repeatedly described as excellent, courteous and helpful; occasional service lapses noted (late cleaning, no compensation for issues, one incorrect bed allocation) but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9
Many reviewers highlight a great, walkable location near the centre and main attractions; generally considered very convenient.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms described as modern, comfortable and attractive with good mattresses; some negatives include noisy adjoining rooms, shower pressure problems and at least one mistaken bed configuration.
Amenities
8
Generally well-equipped property with good facilities noted, but gym was under construction/limited during some stays which reduced the amenities score for some guests.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed perceptions: several guests praised excellent value, while others called it a 'rip off' or complained about overpriced breakfast; overall value sentiment is uneven.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast repeatedly praised as varied, copious and tasty; occasional comment that breakfast felt a bit overpriced but overall F&B (especially breakfast) is a highlight.
Overall Experience
7.5
Many guests report enjoying their stay and would return, citing comfort and staff, but recurring operational issues (noise, housekeeping timing, occasional hot water problems) temper the overall experience for some.

Pros:

Pros:

Modern hotel that does the basics well. Reasonable selection on the breakfast buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and our room was quiet despite the hotel being fairly busy.

The hotel is about 15min walk from the centre of the city.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with really pretty rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful. The gym is apparently under construction so they had limited fitness equipment available in a small room - it wasn't as luxurious as the rest of the hotel, but it did the trick for us. Great location and walkable to a lot of nice areas.. We really enjoyed our stay.

Molto Bene
Pros:

Tutto veramente molto bene, stanza pulita e ampia, buona colazione, personale gentile.

Probabilmente ci tornerei.
