Mediocre but marijuana smell ruined for sure.
Pros:

We like the location. Works for us for the Kenwood area. We have started staying her maybe 4 or 5 years ago about the same time every year for a yearly event we attend.

Cons:

Seems to be going a bit more down hill every year. Was quite nice first time and decreasing since. Staff is neutral, not good or bad, just don't stand out. Don't stay on highway side, it's too noisy. Breakfast is not as good as it was. And I know marijuana is legal, but are you kidding me. The area outside the lobby just reeks and up into the elevator area. That alone ruined it for us and likely will not return.

I only stayed for one night, but I got one of the best nights of sleep I've ever had!

Decent but can be better
Pros:

Breakfast choices were great. The lady who was there each morning was very dutiful in keeping everything stocked.

Cons:

Stayed 4 nights, room was never cleaned. We even asked and were told no.
Same litter in hallway was there all 4 days

Pros:

The location was great, a large clean room. It had a kitchenette, living room, a closable bedroom with a nicely remodeled bathroom and 2 tvs. Looked like new carpet and comfortable king bed.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the shower door would slide open on its own while showering. We had to put a wash cloth in the roller while showering to keep it closed. No big deal though because the shower was great with plenty of water.

It was a very pleasant two nights with a great location, friendly staff, and a good brkfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. All my allergy needs were accommodated, and that made me more comfortable.

definitely worth the nightly cost.
Pros:

Excellent location for our needs which was to be near Madeira and Kenwood Town Center. Breakfast was good, they offer the usual cold breakfast options in addition to scrambled eggs and sausage. Clean room and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Furniture in the room was dated but it worked just fine and of course isn't a show stopper.
