Great room/stay with way-too-soft pillows and mediocre breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very average for an included motel/hotel breakfast. Waffle batter was way too thick;
Absolutely no instructions for waffle-making. Butter was rock hard-cold. Omelet was not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Basically low quality.

Cons:

Sink in kitchen is not working conventionally. Hot and cold alves are totally different. Got splashed the first time I used it. Cabinet door is ajar and needs adjusted.

Our shower did not turn off completely.
The water dripping on the metal drain was annoying. Hard to sleep.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Parking lot, complete nightmare. They don’t even have an area to unload your luggage. It’s all a curb. Right now they’re renovating but, it still doesn’t mean my room should have been dirty and disgusting. Management doesn’t care. I’ll be surprised if this review actually gets posted.

We truly enjoyed our first trip to Cincinnati!

It was a very clean hotel it’s a older hotel but it was nice and clean love how the bed room is off to its self with doors to close! Staff was very friendly. High recommend!
