Only 15 minutes to downtown Cincinnati
Pros:

Breakfast was very.good & plenty of.time.to.eat; open til 11:00. Property was close to shopping & places,to.eat . Also convenient to expressway to get to downtown Cincinnati

Cons:

The pool wasn't accessible to me as I'm in a wheelchair. Listing a pool in the amenities is fine, but there were 8 steps to get to it. Not cool

Very Close to Kenwood Mall
Pros:

If you manage your expectations for an older property, you should be pleased with the value. I got the impression that the owners care about the property. The front desk staff is welcoming. This is a suitable budget-friendly option for personal trips and longer stays in the Kenwood area. Rooms include mini-fridges.
Location & Logistics: perfect if you want to be next to Kenwood Mall. A sheriff's office is just a few miles away, though note that the building itself sits near a highway overpass. Ramps onto highway I-71 north and south are within 2 miles. If you want newer construction/more indulgent accommodations, you will find them, but at a premium in comparison.

The location was great; rooms were very nice.

Cons:

We were 1st put in a room where the floor trim was off and nails were laying in the middle of the floor. They then moved us to another room which was 88 degrees upon entering. The AC was completely off in both rooms. We also had family in 4 other rooms, which also had the same issues.

Cons:

Kitchenette did not have any pots pans dishes nor silverware. The cabinets was empty. The hallway smell like mold on the third floor. Tub was stained.
