The staff was very attentive and friendly

Cons:

The smell of the room was awful, hair everywhere, toilet seat had urine on it, tub was clogged (with hair) but the front desk clerk came up quickly and plunged it.

Rundown, in need of repair and stinky but comfortable beds
Pros:

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

Cons:

It's very rundown, dirty, smelly in the hallways and elevator, carpet coming off the stairs, creating a hazard. Rundown pool area, no hot tub no exercise facility. Just very dumpy in general.

Pros:

Easy to get to. They had a very nice selection for breakfast.
My only suggestion regarding breakfast is that they also have some tea selections too, because not everyone drinks coffee.

First was great second time wasn't that good.

I had to fo to the front desk to get.my room.key fixed,
They couldn't after the 4th time and gave me a different room
