Espléndido Hotel y perfecto todo !!!

El hotel es espléndido. Las camas súper cómodas. El desayuno impecable súper completo y de calidad . Se destaca la atención del personal muy cálido y profesional. Tiene un bar estupendo y todo muy cuidado.

Perfectly located right in the middle id city centre Dublin,porter recommended beautiful Italian restaurant for lunch right next to the hotel, super and highly recommended; Gloria.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing with suing required in the reception lobby before we could enter while there were empty tables inside however the staff were clearly under pressure and did not had enough help to cope, and coffee was not nice, very bitter and not fresh.

The hotel was amazing location and absolutely stunning inside and very comfortable

The restaurant,

I would highly recommend the college green hotel; however I would not recommend the restaurant. We went on sat night booking was for 7.30pm. We ordered and the food was freezing. We tried talking to the waitress but unfortunately her English wasnt great and she just kept laughing. We paid €172 and it was absolutely disgusting

Poor follow through
Pros:

I left a package in the room inadvertently when I checked out. I contacted the hotel on the afternoon of checkout and was kindly informed that they would mail it to me. It is now one week later and four phones calls with no action taken. A beautiful hotel but something is broken in their operations. They have confirmed they have the package but no one is taking responsibility. I have stayed here a few times over the past year but this experience is not a positive one.

One Night in Dublin
Pros:

The room was great! Loved the amenities; the bed was comfortable, the towels soft and fluffy while also being absorbent, and the robe was nicely oversized and soft. Location is great. I would definitely stay here again!

Above and beyond service; excellent stay.
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at our hotel in Dublin, and what truly made it exceptional was the incredible service, especially from Luis F. at the concierge desk.

From the moment we arrived, Luis went above and beyond in a way that felt both genuine and effortless. We pulled up around 4:10pm and had to rush to return our rental car before 5:00. He noticed us struggling on the cameras and immediately came outside, reassured us that he would take care of our luggage, and encouraged us to focus on returning the car. That small act made a stressful moment feel completely manageable, and we were grateful.

After we checked in, I stopped by the concierge desk, and Luis spent time walking through the itinerary I had planned for our stay. He offered thoughtful suggestions, helped us streamline our plans to make the most of our time, and made sure our young child’s interests were part of the experience.

One of his standout recommendations was a half-day trip to Howth since we happened to have rare sunny weather—and it ended up being an unexpected highlight of our trip. He also recommended Pickle, which was fantastic, along with another spot-on dining suggestion.

The level of care and attentiveness we experienced truly set this hotel apart. A special shoutout as well to Pablo, who offered great ideas like visiting Phoenix Park and seeing the deer (though my son ultimately chose a beach day!).

We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. If you stay here, be sure to say hello to Luis; he made our trip unforgettable.

We had the best time!
Pros:

My stay at College Green was amazing. Service was incredibly fast and personable! Make sure to visit Amin in the Mint Bar downstairs, he will ensure good drinks through the night. Thanks for taking such good care of us☺️

Very good hotel but lacking in areas .
Pros:

Very good hotel but not luxury as per the hotel description . Rooms are quite small , ok furnishings , bathroom amenities average .
Borderline 5 star hotel when compared to other 5 star hotels in Ireland .
Great central Location . Very accessible from the airport and walking distance to central sites and event locations in the city .
The hotel building has a great and long history .
Breakfast is very good , gym small , bar is nice .
Overall good but not exceptional .
