Could not get my room cool enough. Also had to call for more hangers as there was only one in my closet.

The worst stay at a hotel
Pros:

We were checked into room 209. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor. The pillow smelled like body odor. I let the front desk know about the problem and requested housekeeping to clean the bathroom and bring fresh pillows. Although the front desk told me the issue was taken care of, unfortunately only two pillows were dropped off on the bed. I have before and after pictures that I showed them at check out
