Personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile. Buona scelta di prodotti a colazione. A fine soggiorno hanno cercato di rimediare ai disagi offrendo il parcheggio, alcune bibite del frigobar e un sapone corpo come omaggio.

Cons:

Al momento della prenotazione su Booking non era segnalato che l’hotel fosse in ristrutturazione e abbiamo trovato lavori in corso anche nella zona reception. La stanza ricevuta con upgrade non era pulita e c’era molta polvere. Le foto online fanno sembrare l’hotel più moderno di quanto sia realmente. Il bar è poco fornito, con poca scelta e pochi posti a sedere, e non offre un vero servizio per gli ospiti. Inoltre congresso, bar, spa e sala colazione sono sullo stesso piano: durante il nostro soggiorno c’era un congresso che creava molto caos e rumore e rendeva difficile accedere alla sala colazione.
