Matig tot redelijk.
Pros:

Het restaurant en het ontbijt waren goed. Het personeel in de restaurants was ok.

Cons:

Het personeel aan de uitcheckbalie was dramatisch in alle opzichten. Onkundig, langzaam en nauwelijks vriendelijk te noemen. De kamers waren goed, he5 matras matig.

Very good stay, good value, would stay again.
Pros:

Liked the room and wellness centre. Wellness centre costs £6 per room for the entire stay and is a nude space FYI. Pool was not heated. Gym was good though. Bath/shower in the hotel room was a plus.

Cons:

Carpet all throughout caused for you to be zapped almost every time you touch the lift or open your hotel door.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett ob an der Rezeption oder an der Bar.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, habe sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Wir hätten dort gerne gefrühstückt, aber 30€ pro Person finde ich sehr übertrieben.

Pros:

Este foarte aproape de Dom 1,5 km pe jos si de un Lidl. A fost curat si cald in camera. Distanta de la aeroport pans la hotel a fost de doar 3 statii cu S19 iar din gara am mai mers foarte putin pe jos. Serviciul de check-in/check-out a fodt rapid si ușor.

Cons:

Wi-fi-ul a fost fara parola, oricine se putea conecta la retea.

Schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Zimmer lag zentral zum Bahnhof und zur Lancess Arena. Würde ich auch noch einmal buchen aber dann ohne Frühstück!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbufett hat 29,00 € gekostet. Das ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer!
