Es war alles ok und praktisch.
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig. Zimmer waren praktisch und die Lage des Hotels gut, wenn nicht gerade an diesem Wochenende der Öffentliche Nahverkehr gestreikt hätte.

Cons:

Die Kosten für den Parkplatz mit 36 Eur pro Tag sind ganz schön happig. Es wäre schön, wenn in den Parkgebühren ein Tagesticket für den ÖPNV enthalten wäre, oder ein Uber-Gutschein. Dann würde man sich nicht mehr über diese Gebühren aufregen.
Eine richtige Dusche, statt einer Badewanne mit Duscheinrichtigung, wäre schön gewesen.

Es hat uns gefallen, wir möchten wiederkommen und können das Dorint weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns günstig, da wir die Lanxess-Arena besucht haben.
Das Zimmer war gemütlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig,und vielseitig einfach lecker .

Cons:

Der hohe Einstieg in die Duschwanne ist für ältere Gäste etwas beschwerlich.

Pros:

We hadden een superieure room geboekt. We kregen er een met een trap in de ‘woonkamer’. Weer het hele eind terug met alle koffers. Bij aandringen kregen we toch een kamer met alles gelijkvloers.
Ik had gevraagd om twee enkele bedden, dit kon absoluut niet. Aangekomen bleken de bedden gewoon uit elkaar te schuiven.

Cons:

Dat er wiet lucht uit de badkamer kwam en in de badkamer bleef hangen. Het was erg gehorig, voor al s’nachts het lopen van de boven buren. Zeer gladde tegels bij het zwembad, gevolg uitglijden ondanks de slippers die ik van het hotel had. Ik kon met een hersenschudding naar huis.

Praktische Entfernung zur Messe, komfortable Unterkunft
Pros:

Mir hat im Hotel alles gefallen!

Cons:

Es ist schwierig, eine Rechnung über die Übernachtungskosten zu erhalten. Das Hotel stellt keine Rechnung aus - verweist auf booking com, und booking verweist auf einen externen Partner, bei dem man die Rechnung dann erst beantragen muss, sie würde dann 30 Tage nach Beantragung ausgestellt. Das ist alles sehr umständlich, vor allem wenn man eine Reisekostenerstattung beantragen will.

Cons:

Am zweiten Tag fehlte beim Frühstück die Margarine. Der Umgang von Teilen des Personals damit war unterdurchschnittlich. Ein Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück fiel leider durch sein distanzloses und unprofessionelles Verhalten besonders negativ auf.

Gutes solides Hotel mit super Messelage
Pros:

Das Frühstück fand ich sehr gut.
Ich bin sehr wählerisch und achte sehr auf eine Gesunde Ernährung und konnte nicht meckern.

Cons:

Das Betz war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache.
Den Teppich fand ich auch zu lang und auf dem Sessel in meinem Zimmer waren seltsame Flecken.

Aber im ganzen ein gutes Hotel, dass ich wieder buchen und empfehlen würde.
