Large room, with a comfortable bed. Very clean room and bathroom. Superb breakfast.

My room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself was lovely and looked, for lack of a better word, quite fancy. I loved it.

The location was excellent. There's a tram stop right outside and a train station city and regional trains within a 10-15 minute walk. I was there for a concert at the Lanxess Arena, and that was also just a 10-15 min stroll away. I actually booked the hotel mainly for its location and reasonable price and was delighted with just how luxurious my stay was. I definitely think I got more than I paid for! Staff were always lovely, and room service arrived promptly.

Now for a subject I am truly passionate about; hotel breakfast! A lot of people seem to not like them or prefer to seek out their own breakfasts when on holiday, but personally I think they are an integral part of the hotel experience and often a delight. And oh boy did this one deliver! The selection was excellent, tied for the largest I have encountered. The quality of the items was mostly very good too. It perhaps wasn't the highest quality hotel breakfast I have ever had, but never before have I encountered one which such high quality and such a large selection. Highlights for me include the eggs, which were done 4 ways every morning, all of which were good. The omelettes were standouts for me though. The sweet baked goods were also great and never had that staleness you sometimes see at buffets. The tea was good too, high quality silk sachets, as good as you can get from anything that isn't loose leaf. The one letdown were the fruit juices. They were that watered concentrate crap you expect, which was a shame, but it does seem to be an industry standard. All in all that is a tiny nitpick though. I definitely think this a top three hotel breakfast contender for me!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof Deutz.
Beim Frühstück war genügend Auswahl vorhanden. Rührei wurde frisch zubereitet. Es hat alles gut geschmeckt. Danke.

Мне очень понравилось жить в этом отеле, и я хотела бы поблагодарить персонал за высокий уровень сервиса и отличную организацию всего процесса.
Во-первых, моя комната была просто огромной, и это стало для меня очень приятным сюрпризом, потому что я не доплачивала за повышение категории номера. Более того, мне кажется, что я бронировала один из самых недорогих вариантов. Я жила на четвёртом этаже.
Когда я приехала около 10 утра, я попросила оставить вещи на ресепшене, чтобы пойти погулять до официального времени заселения. Мне предложили ранний заезд всего за 20 евро, и я с удовольствием согласилась. (В Гамбурге за это просили 70€!!!)Также мне рассказали о возможности пользоваться сауной и спортзалом на протяжении всего проживания всего за 6 евро. Сначала я подумала, что это стоимость за день, но оказалось, что за весь период проживания. Поэтому я тоже воспользовалась этой опцией и каждый день посещала спортзал. Мне всё очень понравилось. Сауна также оставила исключительно приятные впечатления.
Единственное замечание касается бассейна. Я посещала его дважды, и вода показалась мне слишком холодной. Возможно, это сделано специально для контраста после сауны, но для тех, кто приходит просто поплавать, температура воды может быть не самой комфортной.
Что касается спортзала, всё было отлично. Мне особенно понравилось, что там есть всё необходимое для дезинфекции тренажёров. Правда, у меня сложилось впечатление, что далеко не все посетители этим пользуются, но это уже зависит не от отеля. Также очень удобно, что в зале установлен автомат с питьевой водой, где можно налить как обычную, так и газированную воду. Во время тренировок это действительно очень выручало.
Уборка была замечательной, никаких нареканий нет. Всё чисто, аккуратно и на высоком уровне. Сервис в отеле в целом прекрасный. Мне также понравилось наличие собственного бара и ресторана. На мой взгляд, завтрак за 29 евро стоит довольно дорого, однако такая возможность есть для желающих.

Good location to the venue I needed, room was quite big and nice, comfortable. Room service was good, enjoyed the baked potatoes and a pizza.
Check in and check out was a good experience.
