Ok, but some remarks
Pros:

Clean room with everything you need. Good beds. Nice shower. Good location near concert stadium which is why we booked it

Cons:

Reception gave us no information; did not even direct us to the elevators. Also the phone in the room did not work so if you needed something or even roomservice you needed to go down. They still charged us for roomservice which is quite laughable. Also, their own restaurant was not available the 2nd evening. Some warning about that would have been nice.

Nähe zur Lanxess-Arena

Cons:

Angabe "gehobenes Hotel" stimmt nicht überein. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück könnte optimiert und dadurch günstiger gestaltet werden.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, großzügige Tiefgarage (allerdings recht teuer), Bar lange geöffnet, sauber, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Von der Steckdosenleiste am Schreibtisch hatte nur eine Strom. Fernseher ging nicht (wohl wegen fehlendem Strom). Früh morgens recht laut (Anlieferungen am Hotel). Zimmertresor ebenfalls ohne Funktion.
