Pros:

L'emplacement, la salle à dîner et le salon.

Cons:

Que le sofa et particulièrement le fauteuil soient tellement sales qu'ils auraient dûs être lavés ou remplacés. Si le reste est propre ça gâche tout.
Il n'y avait pas d'oeufs au petit déjeuner.
La réception nous a dit que le déjeuner était à 7h au lieu de 6h. Cela a retardé notre départ car nous voulions partir tôt.

Conveniently located in a college area with spacious rooms and high ceilings.
Pros:

We stayed there previously over the summer. It is a convenient ride to Syracuse University, and it accommodates a family of four or more. I love the high ceilings in the Suites.

Ok, wish the room was clean
Pros:

Staff, location, size of room, cost

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness. There were dead bugs on the floors, the doors and walls were grey and dirty, the inside of cabinets looked like they had never been cleaned. I honestly didn’t want to touch anything

The stay is 5 star just the hold up with my other fees. I need my back right back!

Very Clean and Quiet, The stay feel like Home.

Cons:

My incidental fees take 1 week to get back to me when the hotel say it’s released after Check out!

The hallways had smell, could use a good deep clean the rugs brighten the rugs looked old.
There were NO usb plug anywhere in the rooms
