Pros:

The staff here are generally amazing. Friendly and try to help you solve problems if they arise. Good choice of tv channels. Well priced for the space and amenities.

Cons:

I've stayed here once or twice a month for a work assignment periodically since September of 2025. There is a laundry room (which is great) but one of the machines has been broken since then. Some rooms are very well equipped for cooking. Others are not. It is kind of a crapshoot the degree to which you'll be able to cook meals depending upon which room you are assigned.

Très belle hôtel. Bon petit dejeuner. La piscine est sympa et propre. Parfait je recommande. Nous avons une chambre très spacieuse

I will not reserve to stay there again.
Pros:

It had a nice location, and very good breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Staff did not have rooms ready by the 4:00 pm check in time. Staff did not follow up with guest requests.

Smoking area was near the pool and both kids and adults had to walk through the area to get to the pool. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Waffles were some flavors that were poor tasting. There was no plain flavored waffles.

Issues with property and rooms- front desk not helpful
Pros:

The hotel front staff were unhelpful, unkind and when a problem presented itself, refused to assist in any way.
The rooms had bedbugs in Several of the rooms and was REPORTED TO THE FRONT DESK.

Their solution? Here's some more sheets to the person reporting the bed bugs.

I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through booking. So I did.
