It is a well lit and safe corner of the area.
The check-in was horrible. I had made a reservation through orbit and the hotel didn't realize it and charged me for my room when I already paid through orbits so now I paid for a hotel twice on the same night. Once your orbit and wants you to the hotel can you please help me with this?
I enjoyed my stay and loved the area surrounding the property. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There were a few minor chips and stains in my room, mainly in the bathroom, but I didn’t feel like the room was dirty it just may need a little updating and fixing up. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Really nice stay overall
Nice property however multiple things were wrong the night I visited. Door locks were inoperable. Staff had to walk you up every time you had to leave your room. The pull out bed in one of our rooms wasn’t working so we had to swap rooms with our party. Also our room was booked and advertised as free breakfast but when we got there the lady said we didn’t pay for the correct kind of breakfast to have whatever we want. We only were given one option so we felt that was misleading and rude of her to stop us from eating. Overall we paid a lot for the stay and were not happy.
The key system did not work, so we could not get into our room at our leisure. We had to wait for the maintenance person to let us in EVERY TIME.
Sat outside at the fireplace and went to go to our room, and there was no one at the desk. There was a sign to call this number because we still could not get into our room.
The manager at the desk said this has been an ongoing problem.

Guests should be told in advance if the property is being in the progress of updates. The card key system was down my whole hotel stay. We had to be escorted up to the room by a hotel representative every time we left the room. The pillows inside the pillowcase were old, with a yellow tinge to them. The air vent in the bathroom was not working at all. Plus, the air vents in the room were dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby area, which I’m sure was uncomfortable for the staff. The bright spot of the stay was the friendly staff at the front desk. This was an unexpected disappointment from a Hilton brand hotel.
Upon arrival in the hot, muggy lobby, the employee greeted me with a laundry list of things not working or available: pool is closed, exercise room ia closed and the door locks are not reliably working.
