Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht, aber schlechter Shuttle Service

Sauberes ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen des kostenlosen Shuttle Busses gebucht. Der Flughafen in Paris ist riesig und man rennt mitunter ewig zum abholort, der aber gut zu finden war. Wir haben dann aber über 75 Minuten auf den Shuttle gewartet, weil der um 19 Uhr regular nicht fuhr und der um 19.30 Uhr nicht genügend freie Plätze mehr hatte. Das Hotel wusste aber vorher, mit welchem Flug wir kommen und hätte dementsprechend ausrechnen können, wie viele Leute den Shuttle brauchen. Wir hatten sogar extra noch beim Hotel angerufen und sind dann trotzdem nicht mitgenommen worden..Ich fand das unmöglich. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir ein Taxi bzw ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Der Rezeptionist hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt, dem war das völlig egal. Morgens hat es super geklappt mit dem Shuttle, aber so etwas darf aus meiner Sicht nicht passieren.

Try to stay away.
Pros:

Not much, although the renovation is recent.

Cons:

Noisy AC to be used for heating, cold floors, super tiny bathroom, painful procedures to get their shuttle from the terminals.

I was not at all happy with not being able to sleep.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Shuttle service was good.
The room was very clean.

Cons:

I slept very badly due to excessive noise from the air conditioning unit.
I was in Room 351, on the 3rd floor.
The unit itself appeared not to be switched on, although I had no remote control in the room to operate it, but nevertheless throughout the night there was an annoying noise, like water running through pipes and a buzzing noise like a broken fan, that went up and down in intensity and kept me awake virtually the whole time.
