A great holiday with family
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.
The hotel location was perfect opposite the beach with access to lots of eating places.

Cons:

Everything was great and nothing was a disappointment.

Cons:

Bed mattress too hard for us.
Couldn’t always get a sunbed as people reserving although not using. Would prefer a policy in place e.g. towels removed after 1 hour if not being used.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner de qualité, proposé sous forme de buffet généreux offrant un large choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts.
Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement aimable et accueillant. L’hôtel, quant à lui, est propre et très esthétique.
La plage Santa Ponça Beach est également superbe.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée. Nous occupions une chambre communicante avec une autre, séparée par une porte fermée, mais cela n’a pas empêché les bruits de se faire entendre de manière assez nette.
Par ailleurs, nous percevions également les passages dans le couloir, les bruits provenant de la chambre voisine située à l’arrière, ainsi que ceux des douches, transmis par le conduit de ventilation de notre salle de bain.

Un autre point problématique concerne la gestion des transats à la piscine. Dès 8h du matin, de nombreux clients réservent leur place en y déposant simplement une serviette, si bien qu’à 10h, il n’est déjà plus possible de trouver un transat disponible. Ce qui est regrettable, c’est que la majorité de ces transats restent inoccupés pendant de longues heures, sans aucune présence ni effets personnels, uniquement marqués par une serviette.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il est décevant de constater que ce comportement n’est pas encadré de manière plus efficace, en dehors de quelques pancartes disposées autour de la piscine.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель, персонал отличный. Умнички, помогли с заселением девочки на ресепшене, так как мы приехали ночью. Бассейн Инфинити-это вообще … вообщем я готова вернуться в этот отель.

Pulizia insufficiente, sia al check in che giornaliers, animazione per bambini di livello nettamente insufficiente, infine non è minimamente cycling friendly - nessun servizio di noleggio bici e un solo negozio ad 1 km di distanza con orari di apertura molto limitati.
Piscina affollata, alle 7.30 gli ospiti (tipicamente anglosassoni) occupano i lettini con gli asciugamani.

The location is great , close to public transport , the beach is right across the street and there’s plenty of food options around . The staff are friendly and their breakfast is good .

Cons:

We arrived to check in at the hotel at midnight , our flight was delayed and we had quite a stressful day . Upon checking in we were given a room that shouldn’t have been used that evening - the toilet was constantly flushing and there was a huge leak on the bathroom floor . I took my 7 year old daughter and husband and went back to reception , the lady knew about the problem and still checked us into that room - I told her I wasn’t going to stay there for the price we paid - she gave us a different room instead - a wheelchair accessible room - it was spacious but the shower wasn’t great - she told us we had to change our room in the morning - I said I wasn’t going to do that as we had a tour booked for 10 am and she said I’ll have to speak to the manager about it - it was 1 am by the time we checked in , our 7 year old was exhausted! While we were dealing with this another customer had come down to complain about their room - their housekeeping is poor - we had to ask for our bedsheets to be changed and the empty glasses we had in the room we’re not collected for days - they charge €1 if you ask for a cup of ice at the bar and you’re also not allowed with your kid upstairs to the infinity pool. On the day of the check out I can see on their handover sheet they had 6 room moves which I find this crazy , management needs to address the issues with the rooms and stop checking in customers into rooms which are not fit to sell !

Pros:

Location is perfect. A lovely hotel. Needs a bit more atmosphere maybe a bit of entertainment

Food was very good but not much choice.
