Danke war sehr schön bei euch
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel . Zimmerservice täglich. Sehr gute Frühstück Büfett , frisches Obst.. Pool Bereich sehr sauber . Handtücher am Pool konnte man oft wechseln, saubere Toiletten . Einzige minus ohne Klobürste .. . Sehr nettes Personal , immer hilfsbereit. Immer freundlich. Hotel liegt nur eine Straße von schönes , sandiges Strand entfernt. Alles was man noch braucht ist um Ecke schnell erreicht. Ein Hotel zum empfehlen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Hotel wart polecenia! Chętnie do niego wrócę.
Pros:

Dbanie o czystość, od świtu pracownicy dbali o porządek. Świetna lokalizacja. Dbanie o detale jak kwiaty przed hotelem, nowoczesny wystrój. Piękny widok z dachu, basen na dachu petarda. Polecam 👌🏻

Cons:

Minus za zabrudzone materace na dachu łóżek do opalania.

Excellent stay, will definitely be back to Santa Ponsa.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, hotel was in a great location and right across from the beach. Pubs and restaurants were within walking distance. Felt safe walking back to hotel. Taxi service was excellent too. Staff in the hotel were all very welcoming and approachable.

Cons:

We had the cleaner come in a few times, but was a bit disappointed that she only made up the beds and gave us fresh towels. We had dirty cups and glasses left on the side and on the balcony that should have been removed. She also left her cleaning cloth in the bathroom. Also regards to the balcony area which is a nice space but no privacy as you only have a frosted glass upto your waist when we would have preferred a bit more.

Great hotel, lovely staff but problem not sorted
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location with really lovely staff especially on reception and the evening bar team
Great food

Cons:

We had a problem as we had booked a room with a sea view and a balcony but couldn’t use our balcony as it had a number of swallows nesting and we disturbed them if we went outside; also it was very dirty with their droppings
Did talk to hotel about this but although they were sympathetic they didn’t actually do anything to change our room or give us a refund
