Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son cómodas y la ubicación es muy buena. Pero definitivamente lo mejor es el servicio al cliente, el personal es maravilloso, muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very good. But definitely the best part is the customer service the staff is wonderful, very kind, and always willing to help.

Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien y muy limpia, en el baño había de todo. Disfrutamos del spa y de la piscina, además del gimnasio. Las vistas desde las piscina del tejado, excelentes. La cena y el desayuno buenos. La atención del personal excelente, en nuestro caso, sobretodo de la recepcionista Laura. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia y descansado. El hotel tuvo un detalle con nosotros por el cumpleaños de mi pareja que se agradece mucho.

Pros:

The location is great , close to public transport , the beach is right across the street and there’s plenty of food options around . The staff are friendly and their breakfast is good .

Cons:

We arrived to check in at the hotel at midnight , our flight was delayed and we had quite a stressful day . Upon checking in we were given a room that shouldn’t have been used that evening - the toilet was constantly flushing and there was a huge leak on the bathroom floor . I took my 7 year old daughter and husband and went back to reception , the lady knew about the problem and still checked us into that room - I told her I wasn’t going to stay there for the price we paid - she gave us a different room instead - a wheelchair accessible room - it was spacious but the shower wasn’t great - she told us we had to change our room in the morning - I said I wasn’t going to do that as we had a tour booked for 10 am and she said I’ll have to speak to the manager about it - it was 1 am by the time we checked in , our 7 year old was exhausted! While we were dealing with this another customer had come down to complain about their room - their housekeeping is poor - we had to ask for our bedsheets to be changed and the empty glasses we had in the room we’re not collected for days - they charge €1 if you ask for a cup of ice at the bar and you’re also not allowed with your kid upstairs to the infinity pool. On the day of the check out I can see on their handover sheet they had 6 room moves which I find this crazy , management needs to address the issues with the rooms and stop checking in customers into rooms which are not fit to sell !

Albergo non all’altezza delle 4 stelle, sporco e senza servizi.

Posizione comoda per i servizi

Cons:

Pulizia insufficiente, sia al check in che giornaliers, animazione per bambini di livello nettamente insufficiente, infine non è minimamente cycling friendly - nessun servizio di noleggio bici e un solo negozio ad 1 km di distanza con orari di apertura molto limitati.
Piscina affollata, alle 7.30 gli ospiti (tipicamente anglosassoni) occupano i lettini con gli asciugamani.

Bed mattress too hard for us.
Couldn’t always get a sunbed as people reserving although not using. Would prefer a policy in place e.g. towels removed after 1 hour if not being used.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель, персонал отличный. Умнички, помогли с заселением девочки на ресепшене, так как мы приехали ночью. Бассейн Инфинити-это вообще … вообщем я готова вернуться в этот отель.
