Pleasant centrally located hotel
Pros:

Lovely infinity pool on roof top with lovely views out to sea.
Centrally located with plenty of shops/ eating places nearby. Good breakfast selection.
Staff very helpful

Cons:

You had to pay to use large sunbeds on the rooftop.would have been better to have ordinary sunbeds for mor people to experience the setting.
More sunbeds around the bottom pool as it was a bit of a struggle to get one.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed every moment of our holiday.
Pros:

The food is good, and there are plenty of different options to choose from. They change the menu daily for both breakfast and dinner. There is also a lovely outdoor bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink.
They offer a shower room in case your flight is later than check-out, which is very convenient. You can also get beach towels for a €10 deposit, which is amazing as there is no extra fee, and you can exchange them for fresh ones every day. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels are replaced whenever you leave them on the floor.
Everyone is friendly and respectful. We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

By far, the worst hotel service we have ever received. Extremely loud and everything but relaxing.
Pros:

The location was central and close to the beach

Cons:

We chose this hotel as it is a familiar name and expected quite high standards but we were quickly disappointed that we had spent the money to stay here.
Above all else, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The reception, bar staff and security angrily spoke to me and my partner like badly behaved children several times; for very minor things like taking condiments outside with our food or asking for water before the bar was open. The cleaning staff were not at all thorough on a daily basis; not changing bedding, just the towels.
There is loud and disruptive music played every day at the pool from around 1pm to 6pm so I wouldn’t stay if you wanted to relax by the pool. If you are thinking chilled beachy music, you would be incorrect. The rooftop terrace sun beds were all ripped so it was very uncomfortable up there.
The breakfast was honestly shocking. The selection was awful and largely unhealthy.
You can hear everything from other hotel rooms because of the vents and you can hear people on the street shouting and screaming. The balcony door did not shut properly as it was on a simple hook rather than the door’s actual lock. So we didn’t sleep well at all, especially on the weekend.
Not much to say that is positive honestly. We absolutely will not be coming to this hotel again.
