Viejo pero súper cómodo
Pros:

Era súper amplio, tanto la habitación como el baño. Muy bien ubicado a 150 metros de le estación de subte de shinokubo. Buena relación calidad precio. Es bastante cómodo. Viejo, eso sí. Pero todo bien. Más allá del percance de la lluvia estamos muy conformes.

Cons:

Una noche llovió y entró agua por la ventana y nos mojó las valijas. Ojo con esas cosas.

Pros:

スタッフさんが在中していたので安心感があった。
お風呂とトイレが別だったのでゆっくり入ることができた。

Perfect place to start our trip.
Pros:

Nice central spot, staff were very friendly .
I liked that the staff held onto the key, traveling with a group this made it easy to always get in the room.

For the price is decent
Pros:

The location is great, and it definitely has character and is very cheap - so the price is why it has some issues, if you don’t mind it’s good. Room was huge, especially for Japan.

Cons:

No window in our room and the room smelt. The wallpaper was coming off and the bathroom could do with a better clean. Pretty sure the hotel receptionist was watching porn out loud. And you have to return the key to reception when you leave.

Location was good, but will not stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was large.

Cons:

Everything was dirty: sink, shower, floor, walls, curtains.. it was like a crime scene. There was no extra TP in the bathroom. The staff was unfriendly. “Cleaning” would only be done once per two days. The shower knob was so grimed up it took two people to turn it on, because it could barely move.
