For the price is decent
Pros:

The location is great, and it definitely has character and is very cheap - so the price is why it has some issues, if you don’t mind it’s good. Room was huge, especially for Japan.

Cons:

No window in our room and the room smelt. The wallpaper was coming off and the bathroom could do with a better clean. Pretty sure the hotel receptionist was watching porn out loud. And you have to return the key to reception when you leave.

Location was good, but will not stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was large.

Cons:

Everything was dirty: sink, shower, floor, walls, curtains.. it was like a crime scene. There was no extra TP in the bathroom. The staff was unfriendly. “Cleaning” would only be done once per two days. The shower knob was so grimed up it took two people to turn it on, because it could barely move.

Pros:

신오쿠보 역에서 아주 가까운 곳에 있어서 위치가 참 좋습니다.
숙소 바로 옆에 돈키호테가 있기 때문에 쇼핑하기에도 좋구요.

Cons:

시설이 다소 오래되기는 했지만, 잘 관리한 것 같아서 아쉬울 정도는 아니었습니다.

It was fun and relaxing.
Pros:

It was good, the bathtub had some stains in it but overall everything was clean, it didn’t have a weird smell and the bed was really comfortable. It was also spacious. The air conditioner worked really well and the big mirror was really helpful.

Cons:

The trashcan was tiny and there wasn’t enough tissue and hangers. I wish there were more hangers. And we run out of tissue the 2nd day, so I also wished there were more tissue. Also, there was only 1 chair, so me and my friend had to take turns using it while getting our make up ready.

L'emplacement, la grandeur des chambres idéale lorsque l'on a pas le même rythme de jet lag. J'ai noté 9 en tenant compte que c'est un 2 etoiles. Sans doute des prétentions d'hôtel de luxe il y a plusieurs dizaines d'années.

とにかく旅費を抑えたいならいいかも。
Pros:

・部屋が広くて、トイレとバスが別なのが有難かったです。
・スタッフの方で昼間に対応してくれた日本人の方はとても丁寧で、嬉しかったです
・部屋を掃除してくださったとき、とても綺麗でうれしかった。

Cons:

・キャリーケースで行ったので、ホテルに入る前の階段が辛かった。エレベーターがあったらよかったな...
・スタッフの方で、言い方がキツい方がいました。とても悲しかったです。
・スキンケア用品があればよかった。(化粧水やメイク落とし)
・お風呂のシャワーの水量が弱かった
・トイレのシャワートイレが一部壊れていた
・部屋がかなり乾燥していた。加湿器がほしかった。
・鍵が開けにくい
