Hotel excelente com pernada do Booking!

O hotel é excelente e muito bem localizado. Próximo de Shoppings e Teatros.

Cons:

Da pernada que o Booking me deu. Quando fiz a reserva me deram de bônus o traslado aeroporto-hotel. Não consegui preencher e entrei em contato com a Booking e eles me passaram para a área de transporte que se fez de retardados e para coroar o booking mexeu na minha reserva e retirou o bônus do transfer grátis. Fiquei muito desconfiado do preço da diária após mexerem na reserva. Coisas do governo Lula! Vou correr atrás dos meus direitos.

N’admet pas et n’assume pas son erreur 12% de charge de devise !! Chaque en EUR !!

Pratique pour moi par rapport à son emplacement

malheureusement ça a très mal commencé puisque l’on m’a changé ma carte en EURO avec 12% de frais de conversion !! Donc évidement sur un séjour de 4 nuits cela représente un surcoût de 140€ !!
Malgré les explications légales comme quoi le commerçant DOIT demander au client de choisir la devise, rien n’a été demandé !!! J’ai été voir la réception le lendemain, j’ai écris sur le groupe what’s app pour échanger avec la direction, j’ai parlé au responsable à mon départ, j’ai écrit sur booking.. et toutes les raisons sont bonnes que dire que le problème vient de MA carte (visa gold internationale).. et ma banque le confirme que l’erreur vient bien du commerçant !!
Bref. Voilà le plus gros point noir qui a gâché mon séjour !!!!!!
Douche à l’ancienne, pas de mitigeur. Robinets qui fuient …
Pas de bouteille d’eau renouvelée chaque jour (sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable ) il me semble que c’est le minimum à fournir au client pour un hôtel 4**** et vu le prix !!
