Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO. Academia quebrada

Café da manhã realmente MARAVILHOSO!!!! Tem tapioca, crepioca e omeletes feito na hora, INCRIVEIS. Os doces maravilhosos, muita fruta, muitos cereais...

Cons:

Escolhi pelo café da manhã e pala academia, mas ao chegar o único aparelho de musculação estava quebrado. Confesso que foi frustante, mas como era uma diária só não me incomodou e o café da manhã compensou.

Pros:

1° - Limpeza Excelente.
2° - Localização Excelente.
3° - Café Excelente.
4° - Ferro de Passar no Quarto.
5° - Cabide no Quarto.

Cons:

7° - Atendimento Mediano (Equipe educada, porém não dá assistência ao hóspede. Pedi para me mostrarem o hotel e me explicarem certinho como funcionava tudo já que era minha primeira vez de estadia naquele hotel. Ninguém me explicou, tive que descobrir tudo sozinha. Única coisa que me disseram foi: "Qualquer dúvida liga na recepção.")

8° Quarto aconchegante porém com alguns problemas:
. Iluminação ruim (Para trabalho, não da certo. Lâmpada de 1 abajur estava queimada e o único meio de iluminação no quarto são 4 abajures. Não têm lâmpadas no quarto, somente no banheiro. Na minha opinião o quarto ficou escuro, principalmente a noite.)

. Chuveiro com torneira pingando. (Quando fui tomar banho, a torneira de água quente derrubava água fervendo nas minhas costas. Torneira estava espanada. A ducha era boa, mas a torneira precisava ser trocada.)

. Solicitei na recepção minha nota fiscal assim que fiz o check-out. Eles me disseram que seria enviado por e-mail. Mandei várias mensagens pelo WhatsApp e nada de me responderem. Precisei ligar no hotel para me enviarem a nota fiscal, caso ao contrário, não receberia.

9° E por último itens do quarto: (Equipe do hotel deixou somente um edredom para eu dormir, passei muito frio, mesmo com o ar condicionado desligado. Faltou uma coberta quentinha. E senti falta de creme dental no hotel).
