Quality Inn Gulf Shores Airport

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, however, the water for my bath was rusty looking and there was no stopper. We had support dogs with us and for the most part they were quiet. The only time they barked, which is what dogs do, is when there was talking or noise in the hall. The staff was rude when asking about the dogs. Our dogs were kenneled most of the time. The people in the room next to had their television BLARING all night up till about 4:30ish. It made it very difficult to sleep.

Parking was fine, not a lot of customers at the time of our stay.

They don’t refund anything if you have to check out early and not stay the entire nights originally booked even when you told them in advance that you would check out early

The room was moldy and had crawling roaches.

this was the 4th time we stayed at Quality inn Gulf Shores. good location, clean, nice indoor pool, breakfast (waffles,eggs, sausage,cereal, juice, coffee) very good . healthy options also . kid friendly, no animals. they had redecorated since last stay (beds, flooring and decor) and great price for people on a budget.

Older hotel, elevator was scretchy and dirty. SUPER dusty EVERYWHERE. Hallway was 80 degrees (thermometer was set to that!) And smelled weird. Room smelled terrible too. Carpet was awful, old and grimey.. bed was ok.

A nice quiet stay for the price, especially for the area. The floors in our room left our feet and socks black, but that is my only complaint. Staff was very friendly. Easy access to restaurants and shopping and close to the beach.

Only thing j didnt like is i was there for 7 days and everyday it was same breakfast...only thibg that ever changed was flavor of waffle mix

Bathtubs were dirty, beds did not look like they have been changed, the rooms smell dirty also one room smelt like marijuana, the breakfast was great, the visiting area downstairs at front desk smells clean

Didn't like anything about the property, it needs some serious upgrading in the rooms.

This Quality Inn is in dire need of updating and cleanliness.
Floor in our room was filthy and never cleaned during our stay. pool area is in dire need of updating and cleaning.
Walls, lining in pool and area where small waterfalls used to be are in excessively peeling.

Breakfest choices were slim, cold and not refreshed quickly.

On line photos obviously years old and quite deceiving.

Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.

The employees are great. You can tell the hotel needs some work, though. It was clean but didn't feel clean. That's probably due to the age.

The hotel was so convenient! Breakfast was excellent! Coffee was terrible. 😂 The hotel was fine. It’s older and it needs an update. The staff was top notch!!!! They need to update the bathrooms and rip out the carpet. The carpet was really the only bad thing. It was SO stained and gross. The room itself was clean and HUGE. The hotel smelled fantastic. It just needs updating.
