Achei o chão do refeitório um pouco sujo, mas pegamos dias de chuva também.. fora isso, tudo estava ótimo.

Problem after problem met by an uncaring staff.

I’m sure the location was excellent with Sultanahmet/Fatih.

Cons:

The property failed to advertise or notify us it was under heavy construction. When we arrived we were greeted coldly by the young man at reception. Our bags were taken to a tiny room directly adjacent to the construction zone. Towels were a dirty gray color. We tried several times to use what appeared to be the in-unit air conditioning. When we asked the front desk why the temperature and mode weren’t changing, the same cold young man revealed the temperature had to be changed in the whole building, not just one room. Construction was loud and disruptive, and we felt unsafe. In total, we stayed less than an hour before leaving. When we left, the young man at reception said “ok” and made no attempt to apologize for any inconvenience, return our money, or make the situation right.

Jó volt, ajánlom.
Pros:

A reggeli nagyon finom volt és bőséges, a személy ezt nagyon kedves és informatív volt. Az elhelyezkedés nem is lehetett volna jobb helyen, rendszeresen volt takarítva. Ajánlom a helyet mindenkinek, aki egy megbízható szálláshelyet szeretne.

A színvonalhoz képest drága. Ráférne egy nagy felújítás.

A szállás jó helye van.

Cons:

Tisztasággal nem voltunk megelégedve. Ráférne a szobára egy nagytakarítás. Az ágy alatt kifejezetten kosz volt,az ablakra is ráférne egy tisztítás a függöny is koszos volt. Az pótágynemű ami a szekrényben volt hatalmas barna folt volt rajta szerettük volna használni, de inkább nem tettük. Olyan szobát adtak, ahol az ajtón nem működött a kártya, helyette kulccsal lehetett bejutni.
A reggeli egyhangú volt minden reggel ugyanaz, és nem volt túl friss például a felvágott meg a zöldség sem. A vacsora meglepően kevés és egyhangú volt az íze sem volt finom. Nem jeleztek, hogy a szálloda azon része ahová a szobát foglaltuk a régebbi épületben, felújítás alatt áll, így a másik részébe adtak szobát. Utolsó éjszaka két óránként csörgött a telefon a szobánkban illetve a többi szobában, nem tudtunk tőle aludni. A légkondi hangos volt. Ár érték arányban nem jó, túl magas ár ezért a színvonalért. A személyzet nem volt túl kedves, vendégszerető.
