Looks like the nicest hotel however very noisy at night especially with Clipper Hotel across the street and police breaking up huge groups hanging around the front of the hotel. Pool
Was filthy. Cloudy and huge amount of black bits floating in the water. All inclusive was confusing. Even when I went to the receptionist she was unable to tell me what was included and what wasn’t. Timings of food was confusing. Like what I could eat and not and when I could eat at the pool
Bar and when I couldn’t. Even had a bar man tell me I couldn’t order a drink for my daughter. She had to
Come up and ask for it. He gave me the analogy that a Scottish man on all inclusive was ordering 20
Drinks for non inclusive. I ordered two drinks. One for
Me and one for her … both paying all inclusive.
Me my partner and 10 year old daughter have just returned from a 7 nights stay at the Melia hotel. This hotel is pristine and immaculate and very chilled! The rooms are very comfortable and pleasing. Pool area is spacious and plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant staff really make your dining experience worth it. Super friendly, quick to clear away and never shy of a conversation! The food is also very good quality in the restaurant. Big shout out to Marco Antonio & Felix who made this holiday for us. If your looking for somewhere with a fantastic hotel entertainment team and kids club this is your place to go! We stayed in every evening because the entertainment was fantastic! Big shout out to them all but pucho in general as he made the biggest impact on our daughters holiday ❤️ I wouldn't advise to eat by the pool the food is rather expensive and very hit and miss wether you will get hot food or not. Drinks are very hefty in price coming in at 12 euros for 3 soft drinks and around 20 euros for 2 alcoholic drinks but I guess this is down to what you choose to drink. Plenty to do and see in the area with the shops and beach only being around a 10/15 min walk and plenty to do and see. All in all we give our stay here an 8 out 10! We would definitely return to this hotel ❤️
The hotel itself is very clean and modern, surrounded by palm trees and gardens. We didn't really go too far as we were all inclusive, but shops and bars are within walking distance. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Only downside was there weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe, but that was very minor. The all-inclusive offer was very good with lots of fresh food on offer, and good drink choice as well. We have had a great week made unforgettable by the entertainment staff. The activities they offer and the enthusiasm they bring is infectious. We really enjoyed the salsa class with Oriana, sip and paint with Sofia and the aqua fit every morning with them all, were lots of fun.
The only thing I could suggest is some sort of covers for the food in the dining room, or insectocutors, as there were often fruit flies around.
All in all would highly recommend this hotel!
Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was superb for a family of four. We had a coner room 522 that was massive.
Christina at the pool bar was friendly and playful with our girls and made a nice experience.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
What a truly amazing holiday my daughters and I have had! The whole experience at Meliá Lloret de Mar was incredible from start to finish. The entire staff couldn’t be more helpful, they are always ready to greet everyone and help with any queries. The enthusiasm that the staff show in their work is evident, always presenting with a happy attitude, making all residents feel equally happy. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was superb, lots of variety and very tasty! We all enjoyed every meal! As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I really enjoyed the San Francisco non-alcoholic drink. There was lots of entertainment for young and old. The children’s activities looked like fun and it was lovely to see the children parade around with the things that they had made. As my daughters are adults, we were able to take part in some adult activities, including the cocktail experience. We also enjoyed the Aqua Dancing, it was fantastic…an activity enjoyed by children and adults alike. The evening entertainment was also great, we particularly enjoyed the White Party and watching Spain win the World Cup from The Ginger Lobby Bar. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, every need was catered for. The hotel was within a short walking distance from local shops, beaches, etc. A truly exceptional experience for myself and my daughters, we will definitely return again in the future. Excellent place away from the city but easily walkable to the main square, restaurants and the beach.
I would like to mention some names that make the place even more special.
Marah who looked after our reservations and gave us top floor rooms.
Karim Bakri and Muhammad at Kitchen Gaia at the pool side for going out of their way to make some amazing vegetarian dishes.
Vanessa at the Buffet restaurant was amazing with the children and even after the coffee machine was closed and made my wife coffee from Inside the kitchen so going beyond what they need to do.
The breakfast team were all excellent.
Ludmila was also very good with her exceptional friendliness and service.
Overall an amazing stay so far.

Dangerously slippy shower. I fell in the shower because it was slick with cleaning products. No apology at all from the hotel.
