El hotel está bien, pero ha cambiado mucho desde el año pasado, lo mejor los empleados, siempre amables y dispuestos a colaborar con lo que necesites.
fuimos con las expectativas muy altas, ya que el verano pasado había estado increíble, y resultó que habían cambiado la gerencia y con ello muchos servicios.
Nos alojamos en una Suite y el año pasado incluía el circuito de spa y el parking por la estadía, y este año nada de eso... por otro lado la comida bajó bastante su calidad, nada que ver con el año pasado, producto más de batalla para cenas y para desayunos.
Por otro lado, en las cenas había un show en vivo de mucha calidad, y este año ya no estaba, lo hacían en el bar, pero mientras aún se podía cenar... en fin, no lo entendimos, preferíamos cenar con artistas de calidad haciendo su show.
Nos fuimos un poco tocados con la experiencia... :(
I liked only the reception area
Very disappointed about everything what Melia provided this time. I used Melia hotels in the past for holidays even for one night city stopped, but this Melia in Lloret is the worse. The hotel needs refurbishment, we had a junior suite which needs refurbishment. Bathroom was big but what's the point to be big ,we had two showers, however the shower heads were coming out of the ceiling, one of the showers the adjusting temperature was broken, full of black molds and was smelling of molds. The bath tub was also there however I didn't used it, the two sinks also with black molds on the corners. There is not smart TV on the rooms, having kids sometimes is ok specially that im not giving them phones or other gadgets. Melia hotels you need to update your advert on booking, as we was looking forward to enjoy the spa, unfortunately we found out at the hotel that you are charging 25euros per person, one staff told us per hour , another staff told us per day, still we don't know which is which as we didn't bothered to go anymore. We never paid additional charge for the spa in your hotels. Food was also bad, there was nothing to enjoy, ex: gouda cheese and emmental cheese, where is your cheese ?! I know Lloret is in Cataluña, unfortunately there is not sabor de España in your food. I might be foreigner but im a foreigner who lived for more then 10 years in Spain, then I know how to make the difference when is about food. We enjoyed a proper chuleton in Andorra. About the area we give a try but south is better, with no disrespect. Staff were helpful, were kind and tried to sort out the shower problems. Someone plastered the ceiling, however the temperature setting was not sorted, which was fine cos we had another shower to use. I think with 1400 euros for 2 adults and two kids 7 and 5 years old for 5 nights was a bit expensive for what Melia hotel offered this time, a room which needed refurbishment and a poor breakfast which was included in the price.

A short and simple answer is - EVERYTHING. Hotel is amazing, inside and out. The location, the garden, the parking. Daily housekeeping, the amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ve enjoyed my stay and as I was staying for 3 weeks I’ve had enough time to see pros and cons. The food was amazing, fresh and varied. Different concerts, performances- there was a possibility to spend your evening nicely without going anywhere. The room was incredible, very spacious and had everything - fridge, safe, fan, Rituals cosmetics, well working AC. I have also enjoyed Spa and massage with Manuel. The beach was about 9 min from the hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
There was nothing I didn’t like, I enjoyed each and every day there and I will definitely come back again.

The hotel, the location was amazing. That was the love from the first sight. Has everything what you can imagine. Every evening you have some performance, white parties on Saturdays. Very tasty food, parking , nice garden to walk or sit in. Daily housekeeping, so the room was always clean, complimentary bottle of water every day
The only confusing thing was a shower in a single room. If you are a little bit bigger than XL, it would be quite difficult to fit into a shower cabin, it’s so small. Also, there was no shelf where you can put your cosmetics, only a sink which is obviously not enough, especially for a long stay if you bring a lot of stuff.
Apart from this everything was perfect.

La piscine n'est clairement pas du tout au niveau du reste de l'hôtel hélas, tant par la taille que la propreté de l'eau: sale du matin au soir!
