Lovely hotel but were not informed about bar before arriving

Cons:

No bar or restaurant when we arrived after a rather traumatic day travelling. Was told to get uber eats

generally very nice - a few things could use significant improvement
Pros:

Generally nice hotel well located. We stayed here for three nights in spacey room (at full cost). There is only valet parking but the valets were nice and helpful. Slight downgrade from excellent for rather aged plumbing and lack of acknowledgement of Marriott Bonvoy membership (upon checkin the clerk flatly denied that the hotel was part of Bonvoy; upon checkout a different clerk confirmed they were but that they didn't have my info at all - even though I made the reservation through the Bonvoy app.)

Une nuit amusante dans un hotel dès mieux localisé touristiquement de la ville !
Pros:

L'hotel en tant que tel est magnifique, le hall d'entrée et sa déco, l'odeur en entrant et l'accessibilité en voiture sont des plus values de l'hotel.

Cons:

Nous étions localisé chambre #801 et franchement la vue par les fenêtres de l'établissement était horrible. On ne voyait que des escaliers de secours, sales et mal entretenues. La chambre n'était pas un 'wow' non plus. Très propre, bien organisée, mais sans plus !

The Heart of Montreal
Pros:

Beautiful historic Hotel in the middle Montreal ~ and on the same block as 'The Original Old Montréal Walking Tour by Guidatour" (found on TripAdvisor). They offer beautiful & clean modern rooms (in historical hotel), breakfast, room service, mini bar and valet service for your car. I could not hear any noise from outside on the street or other rooms or even hallway ( we were right next to elevator too). They even went as far as holding our car and luggage after we checked out so we could attend the Tour. Great price for the value especially since a quick walk to everything near by.

Pros:

The breakfast was exactly how I like it. The breakfast staff were friendly and calm, inviting conversation to a point that was very comfortable and non-invasive. I felt cared for.
