Great stay
Pros:

Super clean, nice rooms and excellent breakfast bar. The salt water pools are a plus. Love the location just past Galena and convenient to Dubuque.

Great value
Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Price was wonderful. Clean everywhere. Water pressure better than any hotel I have ever been to.

Cons:

The lobby smelled like stale smoke when we arrived. A lot of the items were gone when we went for breakfast and it took a long time to get more.

Love the place and it’s so comfortable and the pool area is a huge plus
Pros:

I love this hotel! I have stayed at a lot of places and I always seem to find myself back to this location. So cozy and comfortable

Cons:

I can’t say one thing wrong with the property other than the vending machines. Had some bad luck with that but other than that I will keep going back

Clean modern hotel
Pros:

It's a beautiful property. The rooms are modern; breakfast choices were good. Friendly staff. There was also a pool with waterslides, which we didn't use, but looked like fun if we would have had kids along with us.

Solid and clean but pool cold
Pros:

Family stay with small kids. Booked for pool and unfortunately it was cold. The room was solid. It was clean and what you would expect or better. The bed in our room was very firm and squeaked on every turn.

Staff was extremely helpful and location is not far from the downtown.

Overall a nice hotel to bring your family too.
Pros:

The kids liked the big water slide. The coffee and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel overall has been updated, but our bathroom in our room looked a tad worn in some areas. There also wasn't a peep hole on our room door which I thought was odd.

Cons:

Promised to be together with our group. Per the general manager and at check in someone changed it and we were separate floors.

We wernt told at check in the policies for the slide and gm came and yelled at our group

Pros:

The front desk staff was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The staff the following morning setting up and keeping breakfast items stocked was on top of it.

Cons:

The contact less checkout was a nice option however I was unsure of what to do with the key cards once we checked out from our phone. It was unclear, so I put them in the box at the desk and hoped they'd get the message we checked out on time.

Love it and would 100% come back again!!
Pros:

The pool for the kids and the breakfast were amazing!! Would go there again just for the kids

Cons:

There was a water leak near the our room which was 2 doors away from the pool and we had to made multiple calls to front desk for them to get someone to at least put a caution sign. One of my little kids almost slipped and fell.
