Apartamento muito grande e bem limpo.

Excelente para o que eu precisava. Localização excelente, conforto ótimo.
Pros:

Muito limpo, recepcionistas extremamente atenciosos mesmo estando lotado. Pessoal da cozinha também, todos muito gentis e solícitos.

Toda a equipe muito solícita e simpática. Infelizmente havia obra em, mesmo no sábado, começou por volta das 9h da manhã o barulho. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem.
O móveis são antigos, porém conservados. Vale o custo x benefício.

Cons:

Ao pegar meu carro com o manobrista, o carro estava com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro.
A TV do quarto não funcionava.
Vazava água do box para o chão do banheiro.
O controle do ar condicionado não estava funcionado quando chegamos. O rapaz da manutenção arrumou.

Amo o Estamplaza! É minha casa em São Paulo!!!
Pros:

A simpatia é a disposição das meninas na recepção: são umas fofas, disponíveis e fazem tudo que podem para te ajudar. Destaque especial a Nicole a simpaticissima Tayani ( acho que assim que se escreve!) Um elogio especial aos meninos do restaurante pq só tomo sorvete se for misturado com licor de cassis e eles não tinham no menu e criaram na hora para mim com a maior desenvoltura e boa vontade nota 100000000. Um detalhe: o hotel tem a melhor canja de São Paulo !!!! Amo muito !!! Como toda vez que vou !

Cons:

Pode melhorar a questão da limpeza dos quartos que deixa muito a desejar!!! As toalhas de banho estão extremamente velhas. Em volta do meu ar condicionado acho que não limpa desde que o hotel inaugurou. Cortinas e sofás precisam urgentemente de limpeza estão muito sujos.

Quarto de ótimo tamanho, modernização e melhor manutenção necessária
Pros:

Localização excelente, tamanho do quarto muito bom, cama confortável.

Cons:

Precisa de modernização, retirar o carpete totalmente por exemplo, ter smart TV (fiquei surpresa por não ter, há muito tempo não via um hotel 4 estrelas sem uma).
Manutenção também precisa ser melhorada, a torneira fria da pia do banheiro não funcionava e a ducha do chuveiro deixou muito a desejar.
