Friendly staff comfortable room
Pros:

Very clean room, and clean hotel. Staff were super friendly! Bed was super comfortable and check in/out was great. Kitchen inside our room had all the basics needed to cook including a full size fridge with ice machine!

Cons:

There was a funny smell in our room all night. Our shower/bath had no hot water. Staff were very kind and offered to give us a new room but as we were only there 1 night and leaving early it didn’t make sense to leave. The fire alarms also went off at 6:30am for 3-5 minutes with no sign of what was happening.

We had an excellent time at your facility & your staff was amazing especially Amber!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of variety. The hot foods were hot and the cold food were cold and everything was very fresh and tasty and in ample supply.

Cons:

The bathroom door did not fully close and the bathroom did not have a ventilation fan. Also, on our last morning the construction project was very noisy.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and the pool was nice, just wish it was deeper

Cons:

That they only have single bed rooms, when I booked i was under the impression that it was double beds not 1 double bed. The remote to tv was barely working

Clean and convenient.
Pros:

The property was very clean and easy to get in and out of. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and plenty of options.

Cons:

The walls are thin, we were traveling for a basketball tournament and had a team of teen girls on the floor above us. We could hear them running around late into the night. I had to step out of my room on more than one occasion and ask them to keep it down.
I didn’t realize we had to request for the room to be cleaned so the four nights we were there we had no trash picked up and had to get clean towels from the front desk.
