Todo en general fue excelente.. la estrutura del edificio bello … la ubicacion .. todo estaba muy limpio y organisado .. el lobby estaba muy bien decorado y el servicio de desayuno y atencion a los huespedes extraordinario… todos
Muy amables y servicial!!!… se lo recomiendo a todos !!!

Cons:

Solo una observacion.. admiten mascotas y pueden despertarse en la mañana con el ladrido de un peludo (perro) 😁

We were checked in and greeted by Connie... Absolutely LOVELY lady. She was personable, helpful, informative and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:

Booking.com said I was getting a king bed with sleeper sofa. The hotel doesn't have king beds except in suites. And the sofa bed booking.com advertised was not a typical sofa bed. It was a twin size. So three adults a child and a toddler didn't have the room needed that booking.com said we were getting.

The room was bigger than expected and staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was limited but good.

Cons:

Room I was in had some damage to it prior to stay that wasn’t repaired. Paint was peeling on bathroom ceiling, Tile trim in bathroom was broken, bathroom tub was stained and faucet on tub was broken, and the carpet in room was coming undone.

I was disappointed by several aspects of this particular stay.

Upon arrival, I noticed that my room lacked a fresh scent and felt unusually humid. While the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to provide air fresheners, the issue persisted, and I ultimately purchased my own in an attempt to make the space more comfortable. Unfortunately, this did little to improve the atmosphere, and I struggled to feel at ease throughout my stay.

I did request a room change; however, the alternative offered was no better, so I chose to remain in the original room. I also asked for housekeeping service, which was completed and did help somewhat, but by the time the air conditioning had sufficiently cooled the room, it was nearly time to check out.

This experience was disappointing, especially considering that this is the first time I have encountered such issues at a Staybridge property. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to ensure the high standards your guests have come to expect are maintained.

Pros:

We stayed with our young granddaughter so mom and dad could enjoy their honeymoon. And everyone was so great and friendly.

Cons:

The floors through out the hotel were black. They need a good deep clean. Left black grim on the bottom of our shoes and the babies feet.

Bee Expo at Louisville Expo Center
Pros:

Spacious room. TV in each room. Great kitchen area and good seating options. Fairly close to the Expo Center made travel convenient and easy. Would recommend this hotel for future visits.

Cons:

Pillows were to soft for me. No biggie.

Pros:

Very quiet, spacious suite w full kitchen, everything was clean and comfortable. For the price this was a great value compared to other mediocre hotels that charge the same price.
