The bed. It was seemingly new, clean, very comfortable.
Lack of cleaning of the rooms daily. Having to ask for more towels, tissues, for trash to be changed. Ran out of main breakfast items both times we utilized the continental breakfast.

We pulled in an watched 3 deals happen right in front of us before even checking in. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left right that instant! We got to our room an it smelled SO BAD! The room its self was disgusting! There was hair everywhere an not like one or two. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and even found one on the pillow! There was stuff all over the chair that was in there that looked like someone had way too good of a time. The bed was hard yet broken down on the side so you have to position just right to not slide out of bed. All night long you could hear people right out side so I was terrified that someone was going to break in because of all the commotion and yelling. We even resorted to putting the chair in front of the door which we realized real quick that they don’t clean under anything at all. Since getting home we have had to wash EVERYTHING because it smelled awful just like that room and had to wipe down all of our luggage and everything else we took with us. I’m so disappointed in this place! I should have just stayed somewhere further away but I needed something in that area an that’s the closest thing I could find last minute that wasn’t super outrageous but I also realize you get what you pay for but I thought for $100 a night it can’t be any worse than some of the other cheap hotels but boy was I wrong!
We arrived super late! They were very accommodating! Rooms were very clean!! Would definitely stay here again!

There was no fruit unlike what was stated online
I liked being on the first level and location was ok
My room smelled like cigarettes and burnt cigarette holes in comforter's. Also looked like female hair stuck to the wall. Plus I wasn't checked out yet when I went to breakfast but as soon as I went back to retrieve my belongings, my key card wouldn't work. Room 113 on bottom level. Didn't take pics but see for yourself.
Staff was friendly. Worked with us for a partial refund due to room issues.
Room was not clean upon arrival- microwave was dirty, corners of the room were unswept and the air conditioner was filthy. Lights did not work, when reported they were going to fix it, but a work order was not turned in and it took three days to fix because of our insistence. One day we had no towels and the room was not freshened up.
