Not a thing
It’s the most disgusting, nasty, dirty, cigarette burn, bug infested, puke by the pool, run down, dirty trap house, yellow toilet seats, orange ombré scum shower curtain, sticky floor, mold ac, food crusted microwave nightmare! Turned right around and left and didn’t get a refund! Save your money and time and avoid at all cost!

No hot water. The toilet didn't work. Staff was rude.
Facilities looked recently updated and clean. The beds were super comfy.
The person at the front desk didn't tell me that there was an elevator. Our room was on the third floor.
It was comfortable and quiet.
The shower didn't work and they only change their sheets every 3 days. I don't see how that's sanitary.

The breakfast was a quick option of coffee, cereal or pancakes. Coffee was good and fresh.
Although close to the interstate it was quiet. Restaurants close by some within walking distance and food delivery is an option.
The pool was small but just right for a quick dip to cool off. 😎
Yes this is an older property but it was a non issue for us. They also allow dogs 🐶 which is awesome 👏

The was supposed to have a coffee maker in my room I asked for one they said they would get it never came

The office chair was filthy, the bathtub faucet was broken, the tub was dirty, the phone was disgusting, the hair dryer was broken, there was an empty Coke bottle behind the bedside table from prior guest. I took photos of all. Although this is a budget hotel, it was definitely not worth thr price.
Location, affordability, clean rooms, good front desk service
Overall cleanliness of the hotel, overflowing trash cans, some outdoor smelly areas.
We liked it because it's close to restaurants gas stations.
Just in a good neighborhood
Location was okay, near lots of other businesses but not downtown. Near a road so you could hear cars. Felt pretty safe.
Rooms were a little unclean
Lication...easy off the expressways.
The first room was obviously a smoker's room! Switched to another room somewhat better. Sheets were clean but could tell the mattress and pillows needed cleaning or replacement. The floor needed a good mopping. The breakfast didn't give much of a choice, and bagels were a bit stale.
