The hotel wasn’t clean
Everything was nice, clean, efficient. The staff are very kind and friendly
This hotel is definitely showing its age and isn't in great shape. We stayed twice, one the front and back end of a trip and had very different experiences. The first time, we were on one of the upper floors and the room appeared to have been fully remodeled. The bed was comfortable and it served it's purpose. Outside of the room though, the carpets are very dingy and the lighting flickering--so not leaving a great impression upon walking to the room. The second night was terrible. We were on the 5th floor and the AC didn't work (it took 10 hours for it to lower the room temp 5 degrees) and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My back and shoulder are still sore while writing this.
With that said though, the staff were super friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciated that aspect of the hotel.
Bathroom was dirty, lots of mold in the tracks of the shower. Carpet in the hall very stained. Tired old property.
Outdoor pool not open, no business center or computer to print a doc i needed, shower leaking all over floor, air conditioner sounded like a car engine when kicked on and off every 5 mins, place just overall needs updated
Staff was friendly and helpful thou so not all bad !

Room was very spacious...breakfast was very good had many choices...if you need a place to eat dinner..Malones steakhouse was like a 2 minute walk...great food..we visited two times!
Horrible service and Customer Sevice GM Tiana Ortiz is the worst. I was traveling and had the most trying time with a previous reservation prior to booking this hotel we called to ensure we had enough to cover incidentals. Was told 1 price over the phone when we booked and got to the hotel the incidentals for 2 night stay was more than the booking instead of the GM who was nasty and rude honor either the other location or switching us to that location for the amount of incidentals that was quoted over the phone she penalized us a whole night for making changes to the reservation instead of waving the penalty and sending our reservation back to Hotels.com. Hotels.com allowed it not protecting us as customers who booked through them and not advertising the additional fees that each hotel gets to charge its customers.
We obtained a suite on the 6th floor. The room was more than i had expected! The only amenity that i wished was in it was a jacuzzi bathe.
The front desk was amazing, but the air-conditioned in the room sound like a jet engine.
In town to pick up grandson from Clark Atlanta University. Hotel was only a few minutes away.
