Great location
We did not have a good experience with this hotel. We had two rooms:
Room 21 - twin beds
Room 24 - double bed
Cons
The door room key for room 21 never worked. They knew that there was an issue with the room key on day one. Every time we needed to enter the room we had to either get the master key from the front desk or have someone from the front desk come unlock the door for us. Sometimes they gave us the master key (which they told us unlocked ALL the rooms in the hotel) and we would then have to bring it back to the front desk. Major safety concerns as this gave us access to all the rooms - which caused me to question the security. This also caused a lot of unnecessary trips up and down the stairs and was terribly inconvenient.
Room 24 - the bathroom shower was terribly small. This would be difficult for any tall or oversized person. In addition, the safety bar in the shower was both broken and loose. This made getting in and out of the shower dangerous. There was also mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Our room did not get cleaned one day and they argued with us saying it “showed to have been cleaned”. Bed was clearly unmade, trashcan was full and dirty towels on floor. (This was only worth mentioning because they didn’t simply apologize and offer assistance).
The carpet in both rooms was filthy.
Great location. Very close to two metros. Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, markets and bakeries. Short walking distance to Pantheon and Notre Dame.

Shower tiny and TV in the room didn’t work
Da limpeza e da recepção. Os funcionários são impecáveis. Localização boa, perto de duas linhas de metrô.

The facilities, staff and location were as expected
There were flies on the fruit and bread every time we had breakfast.

Far from major attractions
L’emplacement, la tranquillité, notre chambre était bien faite tous les jours et nous avions toujours des serviettes propres
Lit trop petit, tapis dans la chambre était vieux et ne semblait pas super propre et nous devions demander pour avoir du papier de toilette et des mouchoirs
Personel yardımcı. Saint Germain bulvarına yakın. Metroya yakın.

O hotel parece novo ou reformado. A limpeza é impecável e a localização é ótima. Perto de duas linhas do metrô, restaurantes próximos e também deu para ir a pé para o Panteão, Jardim de Luxemburgo e até para a Notre-Dame. A região é tranquila e o sol da manhã bate no quarto, o que o torna fresco no fim do dia! O ar-condicionado tornou a estadia bem confortável, além do colchão e travesseiros confortáveis. Recomendo!! E voltarei!!
Eu gostei de tudo!! Não tenho queixa alguma.
