Ok for short stay wouldn’t recommend more than 2 days

Clean spacious rooms with good storage. Hotel was beautifully designed

Cons:

Although beautifully designed the hotel was not modern at all the TVs were old and chained the wall so you couldn’t even use your own HDMI. They were small bits in the room like paint, peelings or old sockets that were covered up, which made things inconvenient. The most disappointing thing was the use of the gym and spa. I had called a few months prior to ensure that this was included in the price of the hotel. It was confirmed through the phone that it was, but on checking receptionist told us it was €15 per day for the cost of the hotel. This brought down the value so much.

Si je devais revenir dans cette ville pour des vacances, je ne séjournerais pas dans cet hôtel. J’ai trouvé le personnel
Pros:

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et l’hôtel était très propre.

Cons:

La soi-disant piscine mise en avant sur les photos de l’hôtel ne fait absolument pas partie des prestations incluses dans le prix de la chambre. Il s’agit en réalité du spa, qui est payant et accessible uniquement en supplément. De plus, cette “piscine” n’est pas conçue pour y nager, mais plutôt comme un bassin de détente à contempler. Les photos sont donc assez trompeuses.

La ubicación y la calidad de la cama, bastante buena para un descanso adecuado.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza, deberían de cambiar el tipo de muebles por algo que se pueda limpiar. Muebles con manchas, pelo en el aseo, las esquinas negras y sucias.

La Réception et le manager c’est pas professionnel, personne qu’elle répond, tout est payant 80 % de tourisme français,

J’ai rien aimé sur cet établissement, le parking payant 16 € droit au spa, payant 15 € c’est trop personne qui parle en français

La réception les personnes de la réception ils mettent en attente jusqu’à 16 heures c’est pas normal deux vous parlez français personne qu’il répond normalement la Réception au moins il parle trois ou quatre langues
