Comodidad cama y la limpieza

Cons:

Que el bar esté cerrado a la hora del desayuno. Hay gente que suele desayunar solo café y a lo mejoralguna pasta o tostada. Siendo caro el desayuno si solo tomas eso

Disappointing Lack of Flexibility
Pros:

Extremely disappointing experience with Hesperia Sant Just.

I had booked a 3-night stay for a work conference in Barcelona, but a major snowstorm on the U.S. East Coast caused widespread flight cancellations and prevented me from traveling. I contacted the hotel immediately and even requested a simple voucher for future use.

Despite the circumstances, the hotel refused any accommodation whatsoever because the rate was “non-refundable.”

Our team regularly travels to Barcelona for work and has historically stayed here. After this experience, we will be moving our future corporate bookings elsewhere and advising colleagues to do the same.

Policies are one thing, but customer service and common sense matter. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here.

Pros:

Personnel d'accueil très professionnel et très sympathique. On a beaucoup aimé l'accès au SPA pour la journée à seulement 15€ par jour. Pensez à prendre avec vous un bonnet de bain et des claquettes pour vous y rendre.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville mais pour une vingtaine d'euros en taxi on se retrouve à la gare Sants.

Fine for a short stay, not good for teleworking
Pros:

Room was spacious, in good conditions and they provided complimentary water.

Cons:

Internet connection was really bad during the whole stay, I had to use my phone Internet for teleworking.
Location isn’t amazing, nearest metro station is 30 min walk from the hotel.
